I didn't see the point in removing all that stuff to begin with.He's hulk hogan the american icon of wrestling I can understand maybe not promoting him for future projects and taking him out of videogames and toys but let his matches stay on the network for the fans who enjoy legends.
Don't get me wrong I'm not defending him at all but It's not like he killed somebody.

Lets hope they start quietly re-adding some of the merchandise they scrapped, mainly the figs. As cool as RSF was in terms of Legends I felt sort of empty without seeing new Hogans, especially since the Hollywood finished product would've been there.

I don't think they ever really removed anything. I went to the network and searched his name about two weeks after it all happened. And over 100 results came up. Tons of matches and a few documentaries.
There's a big difference in blackballing him and just not promoting him. I think WWE just stopped having his face plastered over everything.

Just being clear.That was also settled between them legally and financially. Austin had addiction problems and worked to overcome them. He also can't discuss this based on the settlement. Hulk Hogan still tries to pass the buck blaming it on "where he grew up" even when that was disputed by people he grew up with. Big difference in personality and willingness to get over your problems. I still think of Austin as a wife beater. He hasn't beat any wife since, but he still did it once. Hulk Hogan threw the "n" word around like he ghost writing for Kanye. |
