Austin is definitely Rocks greatest rival while McMahon is Austins greatest rival.

Stone Cold Steve Austin without a doubt, although John Cena and Triple H are up there.

Stone Cold, when you think of one you think of the other. It's like Batman and Superman.

What Kev said basically. Austin Rock drew more money im sure, but HHH Rock was/is still a great wrestling story.

It's arguable IMO, but it's Steve Austin, with Triple H in close second.

This is far closer than one might think. The longevity of HHH vs Rock goes back to their Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Rocky Miavia days in early 97. Then spanned the length of their careers ,and could quite feasibly reignite today in the WWE.
On the other hand Rock/Austin was the more marquee feud with three seperate Mania matches included. It brought Rock to the next level and solidified him as the Attitude Eras very close 2nd babyface. One big difference between this and Rock/HHH, is there seemed to be a definitive end to their story at Mania 19. Whereas, Rock could very well have another chapter written with Trips before all is said and done. I can't pick a clear winner, but i really believe both are as important as the other.
