Jesus, do I hate Roenick... Talking about the allowed and disallowed goals I take it? No. Prior to the Pens/Blues game Monday night on NHL Live, they were discussing current on-goings in the NHL (as usual). The topic at hand was how the Flyers had turned things around over the last few weeks. Roenick ignores the question and talks about the strengths of the Penguins. Including how Crosby is starting to get his game back together. If he was near me, I'd have punched him directly in his ing face. He's a moron and I hate him.

I was about to say that game between Detroit and Philly was one of the better ones ive been too despite the outcome. Very entertaining and well played by both teams.

The Canucks and Bruins played a game where ZERO penalties were called. Well, that's surprising.

Looks like John Scott is captaining the Pacific All-Stars after all despite the trade. I wish he never got voted in to begin with but that's what you get with fan voting so at least the NHL honored it. I could see this trend growing year after year. The fans all band together via social media to get a random player into the all star game. I think the league would step in & get involved at some point.

If you try telling me the NHL execs didn't make any unrecorded calls to Yotes management telling them to trade a grinder no one knows of to "preserve the prestige of the All Star game" you're off your rocker.

I'm sure the seeds have probably already been planted for the "All-Star for Curtis Lazar" Campaign in 2017.

Oh, they clearly got involved. The backlash is what kept him in. But they tried jumping in after it was way too late. Next year, I'll bet they try getting ahead of this.

Oh, they clearly got involved. The backlash is what kept him in. But they tried jumping in after it was way too late. Next year, I'll bet they try getting ahead of this. It's really hard with fan voting. When you leave it open for everyone, anyone can get in. You withhold everyone that's not a big name or second tier name, people riot. The NFL tried an "everyone is eligible" bit about seven years ago, Jamarcus Russell, arguably the biggest bust/second biggest depending on where you put Ryan Leaf, in history...he was almost voted to the game. I actually think he was and the NFL straight pulled him, because he wasn't even starting at that point, I think he had been benched for Charlie Frye or Carson Palmer. That's people for you. Mind you I still want Scott to go out there, score a hat trick, win All Star MVP, take the check and retire comfortably wherever he wants to plant roots since he won't stay in the Habs underbelly system. Speaking of which anyone watching skills tonight? Why the is it on so late?
