Then I move to vote all the backups to the All-Star game. That way Flower doesn't have to get embarrassed...like he did at last year's game. I'm down. Let Karri Ramo and Eddie Lack get pounded into oblivion. We have a plan. Send a tweet to all the starting goalies and get them to petition their backups. I'm down for Zatkoff getting demolished. It's no different than any of his starts for the Pens anyways.

Darcy Kuemper (my Wild's backup) blows hard so between Zatkoff and Kuemper we probably have a 21-18 game on our hands. Chicks dig the wrist shot.

Didn't bother paying enough attention, was Kuemper who the Pens blew up last night by chance?

The only reason I kept watching after it was 4-1 was to stare at the glory of Pittsburgh's jerseys. They should really go back to those (and they might with Reebok taking over in 2017).

I know who Dubnyk is, everyone here knows if the Pens dropped off the face of the earth I would be a Wild fan, I just was passing in and out during the game last night and didn't really pay much mind to anything.

Random, completely, even to my friends who actually know hockey and don't expect me to respond with Sid/Geno, but other than Marty, I've always liked Mikko. Can't give you a solid reason why though, it even baffles Cameron Stone who I talk hockey with on the ref.

Saku maybe for more obvious reasons but they both are (or in Saku's case was) a quiet, talented, under the radar player who were always reliable on the ice. Hopefully he gets to hoist Lord Stanley someday.

Anton Stralman is one of my favorite players, and my more random one.

And to no ones surprise, Edmonton is alone at the bottom of the NHL standings. It's crazy how the Oilers, Jaguars, 76ers can have so many high picks year after year and not succeed. Each team has plenty of time to turn it around but the last half decade have not been kind to said teams and their draft picks.

What a game for Bobrovsky. For a guy who had 0 confidence last month, a 39 save shutout against a good Nashville team should help build that back up.

Wearing that lowest scoring team in the league title with pride.

The Sedins absolutely made a mockery of the defending champions. Jeez. Sometimes forget how underrated they are. Wish the Canucks weren't a one line team though.
