Another thing I love about the 90s is that Indoor Malls were king. New malls were being built, existing malls were at the end of their boom so they were still great. In those malls there still existed book stores, music album stores, movie stores. I remember Coconuts, Sam Goody, sun coast video, and a few others. I could walk into a store and look at cover art for cds/dvds/VHS/Cassets instead of just reading a title and listening to a sample. These days people seem to flock more to outdoor malls, which I hate. Buy downloadable content instead of hard copies, which I don't see the appeal. I remember Sun Coast video, BlockBuster music, Camelot Music, Turtles Music, ( I think there were 2 other music stores in the malls near me, but can't remember the names) , Walden Books, and K B toys in the malls. They're all gone now. The mall in Bowling Green still has FYE. The mall in Rivergate doesn't have any of these anymore.

When my WWF fix was only one hour on Saturday and one on Sunday - for the whole week.
Going to the local Blockbuster Video to rent either a movie, WWF tape, or SNES game for the weekend.

I didn't have cable in the 90's so I was stuck with PBS kids...*shudder*
Forcing kids to watch educational TV after school is like making adults watch programs about the joys of going to the DMV in their free time.
What I miss about the 90's was that the clothes that were "in" were actually comfortable. I'll take a pair of baggy cargos over those damn skinny jeans any day. I really hate the whole skinny jeans fad of today. How do you put things in your pockets? How do you walk properly without it being uncomfortable?

Me personally I hated the Baggy jeans and the 2x bigger t shirt look back then.

Remember those tshirts that had Bugs Bunny in hip hop clothes.

I don't know if these were exclusive to the Frosties cereal in the UK but growing up as a kid while going to first school, me & my friends had to collect them all & trade each other ones that you had to buy in packs inside toy stores. I can remember opening up a brand new box of Frosties & searching for the new monster wrestler straight away at the bottom only to mostly be disappointed to find yet another jester figure that I'd probably already have like 3 of them in my collection.. ALWAYS THAT DAMN JESTER! >:l
..or for that rare moment to find a shiny new one to add to my small collection, there was all kinds of neat toys/prizes you'd get free in your cereal back in the 90's, why can't they do the same these days?..
Again I don't know if these were also UK exclusives but I can remember they were another fad/trend that all the kids at first school had to collect & trade with but playing with them was a whole nother story, man they were rock solid & would hurt your fingers flicking them against others..
I don't remember them coming with Mcdonalds happy meals, all I remember is that you had to buy them in packs at stores so that would be another thing to bug my parents for.. good times, good times! ;]

The music. Hands down.
The music that came out of the 90s was out of this world. Had the perfect balance of old and new.
Damn I miss it.

Not exactly sure if this is all 90's stuff probably really early 00's. But been watching a ton of old video game footage from things like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro to Metal Gear Solid and Tony Hawk Pro Skater. Even Annihilation. Man, it gave me a total nostalgia trip. Wish I was a kid again.
