So you play dumb to management as if you really do think the whole flippin' department is half off. These managers can't stand you and mock you when you leave.

As someone that has worked in retail management, complaining to a person at a register and/or the manager isnt going to get a register worker fired, written up or denied a raise or even fired. That's just silly. <3 A little secret, anyone that is of any importance in a retail store (store/assistant store managers, District etc) know it all comes down to gross margin. As long as you're making more money then you're spending then you're good. Anyone that thinks a $5 toy is going to upset a manager is just wrong. I work on the commercial side of retail and Im lucky to have a computer system that tells me "company cost", retail cost, commercial account cost and also when I have to adjust a price to price match, how low I can drop the price before Im no longer making money. Trust me, you didnt bankrupt Big Lots by doing this. People just like to complain here for no reason what so ever because they feel entitled to. |

Wow, all my Big Lots has in stock (every time I check) are Basics of ADR, Kofi, Sheamus, and Mark Henry (I think), from the TRU MITB set, from like 2 YEARS AGO.
