It not so much if I like these or not it's the potential behind them. Let's face it many of us including my over aged child teenage years bought jakks figures because of the accessories.
I see huge area for these, with that being set there is a ton to be desired, I feel hoping out side the box is fine but we are a lot outside of it. If they stuck to accessories and items wrestling related they would hit both demos.
Consciences on this we all want ref shirts or a form of a build a ref awesome!!
Do we need shields and sword like weapons not so much

The only thing I like from this is the riot gear helmet, just so my DX can block Slaughters spit from flying at them.

"Warning: Small Ball. Choking Hazard." Rear packaging for the Crime Fighter set literally says that.

I was never big on the gimmicky stuff, but the idea of a line of WWE toys where you can just make whomever you want with any wacky accessory add-ons seems like a decent idea for WWE figures. I remember buying certain ninja figures and things like that to use for my fed as a kid. I could easily see the appeal of this. Not so much the really wacky combos they give on the back (what the hell? lol), but I guess it's just to get the concept across in a way that's obvious.

Is there any chance they might tie this in with that WWE Immortals game? I'd love to see some of those crazy designs for this line.
Also, it's unlikely, but I'd love to see some Divas figures in this style, even as a RSC exclusive or something. Holding out for Evil-Lyn Paige.

Why are the Referee & Crime Fighter packs called "Knight Pack" on the front? Proto packaging. With the amount of packaging botches that were done in 2015, I wouldn't be surprised that these aren't prototypes but the real deal.

These things are legitimately really cool. For kids, they can create their own custom guy for their feds. I would have LOVED something like that as a kid. Same here! Kids mix and match toylines all the time, this just seems like a natural outgrowth of that. Plus, it lets boys (and hopefully girls eventually) make a character they can designate as themselves, like those old G.I. Joe mailaways where you got your own filecard. If these had been out as a kid I would've totally been Sensei Ghoul Knight, the Extremeinator. Hoping we see some wizards or druids show up, and more monsters. Or maybe Vince as a con artist who owns a roadside tourist trap and wears an eyepatch and fez.

Goldust as frickin' King Tut!? Cool! Also, my ref shirt goes to basic Vince Mcmahon. Can anybody tell who that is in the Hip-Hop set on the back of the package? Is it another Cena? I would guess another John Cena based on the arm band and DM Cena necklace. Maybe Tyson will come in a Catman suit, with maybe Bobby Heenan in a weasel suit?

I could just imagine though-at my local Target some idiot tried to get them to pull the Slave Leia figure from Return of the Jedi that his son wanted because of her chain around her neck....the whole thing made the local news to boot....I wouldn't be surprised if some moron caused an uproar thinking they were chopped up women's body parts like the whole Al Snow crap all over again.....people are too stupid to probably even read that it clearly says create a Superstar on the package.....

That would be awesome for an Undertaker entrance set up, I would also like to see a lumberjack for like either the bigger pack or just the accessory pack to have for the lumberjack match.
