I am a freshman in college so it is obviously tough for me to have the excess money to buy figures on a regular basis. I was wondering what some other collectors do to budget their money? Also, on average how much money do you spend on figures per month? Hope for some interesting answers!

Last few months I've spent about $600 a month
Between the barricades, ASRs, and cages it's been adding up
Average: $150

I would say approximately $100 to $150. I tend to look for deals though or buy lots. Trade other items when I can. Have to say this is one of the cheaper collecting hobbies I have (next to movies). I used to collect watches which was ridiculous now that I have stopped. Each watch would be around $100 to $400 so I am happy with this one.

Don't put an exact number to it. As long as the bills are paid, I'm good. I work a a crazy job with crazy hours so to me it's a way of rewarding myself.

I only buy elite flashbacks, tgt hof, defining moments and other exclusives. Sometimes I'll buy one for loose one to keep moc. It probably works out to about $40 a month.

I've been back to collecting for almost two years and it varies. Some months I won't buy anything, others I spend $500+. All just depends on what's out or what I find on eBay. Can't really give you advice in regards to a budget, luckily I've been blessed with a job that allows me to buy what I want.

Exactly what knupmc said... It varies so much throughout the different months. I'll probably say $80 a month easily. Who the hell am I kidding, im the idiot spending $80 for one figure. I probably spend a good $900-1000 a year. Holy . Never even thought about how damn much that is when its all added up.

Lately not nearly as much as I used to. Over the past few months Ive only bought: Finn Balor, Ascension, Sid, Godfather, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. And the last thing I bought before that was DM Sting when it first came out back in the summer. Whereas I used to spend several hundred every month.
