Gable also mentioned Brock would take Seth and Cena to suplex city before Royal Rumble, before suplex city was ever a thing. Gable is indeed God. Suplex City began after SummerSlam 2014 when Lesnar suplexed Cena 16 times and took the belt Nope. Suplex City started the night after Brock lost the belt actually. Crowd never chanted that before Mania 31, as they were referencing Brock saying "suplex city b****" during the match. So yah.

-- I've seen a few of those, it's pretty intense when you see one pulled out for certain. I got to do a training session with Chas 3yrs ago (this week, actually), the guy is the real deal. D'lo Brown kept referring to him as "Kurt" (for obvious reasons). Plus he's a Minnesota guy, nothing but much respect to Mr. Betts aka Gable.

That was sick. Brings me back to High School as I wrestled in Grade 10.

What is this 1702? Are you guys literally creaming your pants over a suplex? A German suplex in an amateur wrestling match when the guy isn't allowing the thing to happen is damn impressive. He basically had to deadlift the guy off the mat so yeah it's ing sweet. You have to remember that this is outside the world of pro wrestling...

What is this 1702? Are you guys literally creaming your pants over a suplex? You do realise how hard it actually is to do what he did, right? He had no help from the other guy, in fact, he was trying to stop him by holding his weight down. To deadlift a guy from the ground and over your head without his assistance takes a crazy amount of strength.

Not only that but from the looks of it, the dude he was wrestling looked like he was pushing the top of his weight class too. Five to ten pounds may not seem like much but for those of us that have wrestled that can be a huge difference, along with age. I 180 lb freshman is wat different than an 180 lb senior. That could even be more impressive if gable was a year or two younger than that dude.

I'd like to point out that when I posted this the video had 700 views, and it now has over 15,000 and the video was posted in 2011.

I didn't think that was allowed. I remember an old Saved By the Bell Episode where AC Slater drops a guy with a german suplex, and I thought it was weird. I guess it's a real move. You'll notice that the video's title has the letters "GR" on it for Greco-Roman. That's one of the Olympic styles (the other being freestyle), but high school wrestling is a type known as folkstyle, and that type of move is indeed illegal. Usually, the ref will stop it before the aggressor completes it.
