It's being reported that WWE is interested in rehiring former Diva Maria Kanellis. Her as well as her husband Mike Bennett both just left ROH last month, and WWE has had Bennett do tryouts on multiple ocassions.
Personally I only want Maria back if it means that she will be a valet. She is great on the mic and has the look. But if she plans to come back to wrestle, no thanks. I liked her but she wasn't good in the ring at all, and with the WWE trying to go in a better direction with the product it just won't be right.

I'd love to see her back in a managerial role, taken seriously. Unfortunately that just isn't likely in today's climate.
I met Maria a few years back at a small indy show in town. She was a sweetheart.

I was under the impression that her and Bennett were both still with ring of honor. As he is currently one half of the tag champs...

Yeah that was around the same time as Raven supposedly leaving ROH also. He never did so I never thought anything else of it. WWE needs to show some interest in Adam Cole and Silas Young. |
