ECW original, Hack Myers died apparently from being in a coma after brain surgery I guess. From what I heard and read, that is what it was. Axl Rotten was talking about it on his twitter and such.
That's too bad. Hack was the Shah of ECW and I didn't realize that even in 1995 the guy was like in his early 20s. He just always looked older then. I am sure WWE won't even make note of this I bet, but I thought I should share it on here in case anyone was a Hack fan or at least knew of him from his ECW days.

Damn, RIP Hack Meyers. Hate to see anyone go, especially an ECW Original.

He had the whole 'chant my name as I punch a dude' before Balls Mahoney.

He was the first ECW guy I bought an autograph from. Shocked to see he was so young! I thought he was in his 40s when he was in ECW. Very sad news.

It is a shame that he passed away, but honestly I have no recollection of him in ECW.

I actually saw a lot of Hack Myers post-ECW, working Florida indies. Seemed like a pretty skilled and charismatic guy. Sad to see a guy pass away so young, and the fact that it was a complication from surgery makes it more tragic. RIP Shah.
