I've heard how the basics and battle packs will come damaged because they fold the flaps, and that the elites seem to come in better shape, but nobody has mentioned the defining moments line. They don't have any flaps to fold, but the box is mostly cardboard so it could go either way I think. Has anybody ordered a defining moments figure from Amazon and if so, did it arrive MOC or smashed?

it depends on the box they choose to stuck your figures in, not the line so if I order one instead of a few, I should have a better chance of getting it MOC? |

I ordered flair from amazon, and it came without a ding. It was the right size box and had those air protector things in them.

I ordered that DM Undertaker a couple days ago (when it was $15, though Amazon refunded me the difference after contacting customer service) and it arrived today in perfect shape. |

I received these two orders on the same day. They came from separate distribution houses, but both were in Kentucky. Charlotte was packed great, Paige was not. They both had those little air bags in there, but the box for Paige was too short. You would think they would use the same size box for the same kind of item, I guess not. I'm not a MOC collector, so it wasn't an issue.   |
