I made this out of an older Quackenbush I made in different attire. I updated the attire and goatee. I used a mix of Silver/Red and Silver/Black to give it that shiny look. The picture behind it is kinda the look i was going for. I forgot to add the silver siding on his pants, but I still think it does the job well.

Great Custom man, I have always been a huge Quack fan. Everything looks good, wish you could get a better pic tho, BTW I love ur Sublime tat, my friends sister is married to their drummer.
