-WWE announced during tonight's RAW in the Houston area that Brock Lesnar will be facing Sheamus at the January 8th WWE live event from the Toyota Center. This will be the first time the two have faced. Also announced for that event is John Cena vs. WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio. Lesnar's last WWE live event appearance came at The Forum in Inglewood, California earlier this month when he defeated Del Rio by disqualification. Glad that they are giving their current talent opportunities to work with Lesnar on one off occasions, albeit a Live Event. Hopefully it's televised.

I remember reading that this particular Houston house show might be broadcast on the WWE Network due to Brock being scheduled to appear. Hopefully, that is true. Sheamus vs Bork is going to be an amazing match between two hosses.

If they make it an all out brawl it's going to be an early MOTY candidate. If they let Brock murder Sheamus it's going to suck.

i know house shows/live events dont really count towards anything but...really?
this could have actually been something great on TV, they could have somehow had Heyman get involved with the League which leads to Sheamus attacking him, which pisses off Brock and BAM you have a big Wrestlemania match for Lesnar with the entire match based on the fact that they have NEVER faced off so you actually don't know the result. During the build you actually keep Sheamus strong by having him...you know...WIN and NOT look like a chump, then you actually have a big battle between two powerhouse guys where the audience actually doesn't know who is going to win.
again, they are trying to sell tickets so i get it...but still

WWE throwing away a money match on a live show. I'm shocked. Seriously do they realize that the one feud people would actually love to see Sheamus in is a program with Brock? I mean that's been public knowledge for years now.
