I haven't watched a TNA show in over 2 years. Granted, I've kept up with everything via the Observer, but still... Anyways, I'm very much excited and hopeful to see if they can recapture some of the old magic. I'm going to refrain from spoilers, try to keep an open mind, and just all around be optimistic that they can turn things around.
Is anyone else using the new TV deal as a jumping on point?

TNA is like an ex-girlfriend.
was amazing when it first started out but we started to drift apart, tried to do some new stuff but it just didn't work. she got with a bunch of random guys no one cares about to make me jealous and win me back, but it didn't work. It's done and over with and it'll never be like it was in the beginning. lol

IMO, I'm watching the debut episode to see if I'm giving them another chance to fully follow them. If I find their debut episode on POP interesting and good, then yeah I'll give them one more chance. If it's not so good or the same s*** as always, then I'm getting out of the TNA boat.

Sometime around the Aces and Eights storyline I finally lost interest in TNA. I will watch every once in a while hoping to see a good match but the constant revolving door of wrestlers makes it impossible to get invested long term. It's reached the point where I would much prefer to see my favorite remaining 3-4 wrestlers make the jump to NXT/WWE like Samoa Joe and James Storm have done.

I don't get their new channel either, so I couldn't even if I wanted to do so.

I watched the Destination American era, so I will watch it on Pop.
If the new network really wanted them to have ratings, Tuesday night was not a good night to put them on.

I'm making the drive up to Bethlehem on Tuesday night..... it will be my first TNA live how! I'm hoping I don't drive home regretting it.
I don't think I will..... they should be putting on the best show they possibly can.... and they've known about this for a while, so they should have a decent plan, right?
I also have what I believe are front-row seats for the Saturday night ONO PPV taping.... since nothing's been advertised for it, I'm actually scared of what I'm going to see.....

I'll watch it 'live' for the first week or two but I'll probably end up watching it like I have for the past year or so, 75% on Fast Forward.
I like Drew, but the Stand Up stuff was insufferable. I've always been a fan of EC3/Bateman so I watch his stuff. The Knockouts Division, which used to be my favorite part of the show, is a shadow of it's former self and unless they bring in some new talent, it's not going to get any better. A Taryn Terrell-less Dollhouse doesn't interest me and neither does watching Gail Kim every week, regardless of how good she is.

I looked and I get the channel so I'm going to watch the first episode. But I'm 99% sure it's going to pick up where it left off and be the same as it always is.

TNA isn't interesting to me as it was a few years ago. They lost a lot of talent that I enjoyed watching, but they really need more wrestlers if they hope to grow as a company. Matt Hardy and EC3 isn't enough for me.

I'll take a look at the show. But as far as actually "giving it a chance", it will need to EARN that.

I'll record the show tomorrow out of curiosity. I expect to lose interest quickly.

I watched the first episode of Impact on Pop. It was ing awful. Outside of the return of Storm, which production spoiled, and the debut of Bennett which fell flat....the matches were awful.

Yeah I'm not sure I want to keep watching. For me the presentation of the whole thing is bad. Crappy theme music, weird camera angles, the crowd always sounds incredibly fake with the cheering all the time, and just one thing that pisses me off, everytime someone leaves TNA and says their going to do better things six months later they ing go back.
