The Eli Drake vs James Storm feud is great. I love those two together. The back-and-fourth is just fantastic.
The main event was overbooked at the end but it doesn't change the fact I love what they're doing. I loved the cutter by Bennett. Great spot any time it happens. We're still in this awkward place where any time Moose is with Miracle he's a heel but the rest of the time he's a face.
I absolutely hate the fact Lashley is X-Division champ. That was the perfect scenario to have Lashley lose the title without it costing him anything. Give it to DJZ and get it away from that guy. He's not even a good World Champion, let alone a guy that needs to be carrying around both titles. TNA is just wrong about Lashley. He's a charisma vacuum and a terrible choice as a center piece when there are way better options in the main event scene. The only argument is that the title defines Lashley, whereas the others are defined by their character. So that's really the only argument imo. But the title is making the guy right now.

I caught most of this weeks show.
I am kind of shocked that EC3 beat Bennett to win the BFG tournament #1 contender spot. I really thought at BFG we would see Drew vs. EC3 with what has transpired lately.
It was cool to see James Storm win the KOTM Title tonight, but next week I have a feeling he is losing it to Lashley in the Title for Title match.
What I really expected BFG to ending up being during the show tonight was...
James Storm vs. Mike Bennett for the TNA World Title
Lashley vs. Moose
EC3 vs. Drew
But apparently TNA has other ideas.

Impact was really hard to watch tonight. The show feels like it just drags on and it has felt that way for a while. The belts don't hold as much value especially the X-Division. People only get it to cash in and that is it and now KOTM may go to Lashley as well thus devaluing it as well. May quit watching TNA if this keeps up.

So other than Broken Matt Hardy I know literally nothing about TNA these days. That said, the latest rumor about "the hottest free agent" debuting tomorrow has me considering to watch tomorrow for my first time in 5 years.

The shows actually way better than it used to be when Russo wrote it. |

Im watching back TNA. One thing i have to mute is Reby Sky. Shes hot as hell, no doubt, but her voice irritates the hell out of me. When Brother Nero came out, i literally had to mute his entrance cause Reby Sky saying Obsolete is worst than nails scratching on a board. Even Allie with her voice squeaking sounds better. I did like the King of the Mountain Title match. Eli Drake is great, and someone who is better after getting released from WWE (i know, he didn't appear on NXT unless it was to job? But he was under contract before ). I dislike this whole Lashley going for all the gold. I hated it when Angle did it in 2007, i dislike it now. Broken Matt Hardy is great.

It reminded me of the old Monday Night War era, when a wrestler would jump and say horrible things about the federation they just came from.
I can see a TNA World Title in the future for Aron Rex, and hopefully Cody Rhodes and Ryback follow him to TNA. If TNA can get a lot of these stars, they will build up their promotion nicely again!

Aron Rex is now my favorite wrestler in TNA.
I missed his promo at the beginning. I hope TNA posts it to their YouTube soon, though. But the way he came and stared down the title-wielding Lashley was absolutely amazing. I hope he is one of the guys that TNA rebuilds around, because he is honestly a guy I'd build around for sure.
Outstanding episode of TNA tonight from where I picked up 15 minutes in. I liked the Hardy segment.
