Im stoked someone did a mantaur, and even more impressed on how it came out. Its amazing. You can just tell the time and effort put into that piece. His buffallo head gear is phenomenal, and the attire came out great. Great work.
ANother cool macho man. Nice painting. I dont like the head tho you did a good job on it. I just have to say... That robe kicks all other robes asses. You have some serious talent.

I don't usually like to say such childish things, but I think I just orgasmed when I saw that Mantaur figure. Great representation of one of the most unique and silly gimmicks of the era! Well done, dude!

Mantaur is awesome. Great work on the sculpting, especially the bufallo head.
Savage is good. Painting and sculpting is great. Not the best head choice, but still a good one.

Thanks for the comments. As far as the Savage goes, it was just an experiment to see if I could match the skin tones, It's kinda like a reverse Jay Lethal-Black Machismo. The robe was the worst part because the material is hard to work with.
The Mantaur was just a fun project to do. No matter how many hours you put into something like this, if you don't enjoy doing the project it's pointless. I don't think you can look customized figures with a monetary value. It all comes down to what is popular at the time.

The Mantaur came out phenomenal (Knew it would), Hopefully you will be selling it soon. The Macho Man is good but the robe and headband are excellent. I applaud the effort of trying something different in using the booker Head, I think the profile view gives him a better resemblence then the straight on view, as far as matching the skintone it looks damn close. As I've stated before, You are the best Overall "customizer" here. People need to start buying your work so they can realize just how great it really is..... Can't wait to see your next project.

Both are 10/10 that Mantaur is the best custom I have ever seen on over 10 years.

That Mantaur is without a doubt the BEST CUSTOM I've ever seen!!! It's absolutely incredible, everything about it is perfect, I don't really go in for customs usually but that is better than nearly every official figure that has been made. I really can't put into words how much I love that figure. Did you sculpt the bull head from scratch or use an existing bull toy? Maybe you should make a mold from it and buy up a load of Bundy figures and make a load of these, I can see it selling for a huge amount, I've never bought a custom figure but I would pay a fair bit for that one. Huge respect for your talent man, I'm not going to rate it out of 10 because I've rated things 10/10 before and that Mantaur is so much better than anything I've ever seen, it would deserve at least 1000/10.

If you do make some more masks out of rubber then please keep us informed, I would love to have a Mantaur that good in my collection, I could probably make a half decent figure but I was planning on trying to make the mask out of fabric, one of those made of rubber would be infinitely better. |
