Just saw these silly "chase" pieces on RSC. The belts are basic and look tacky, but wouldn't it have made more sense to give Honky the IC and Truth a Tag title? And Shieky should have come with an old school WHC, just sayin.

People are thinking way too much about these figures. A select amount are being packaged with a free belt. A FREE BELT.
If don't like it then just put the thing in the bin!

It's a very lame idea for a chase, but other than that it doesn't bother me. I think someone at Mattel was smoking something when they had this idea - just sayin.

It's a kids toy, they are probably excited to see any belt.
WCW Galoobs all came with the same generic belt. I didn't care, I was just happy to have belts.
Just easier for Mattel to package them all with the same belt I imagine

I saw the Warrior with belt, yesterday at TRU. I didn't buy it because I already have two of that Warrior. Mattel never said they were "chase" figures. Look at it as a random freebie.

Well, just because Mattel didn't call it a chase, these belts are shortpacks and not in every case, therefore these figures will be rarer. And collectors will chase them.
I do think that complaining is silly. After all, if we complain about that we also would have to point out that the WWE heavyweight championship isn't on a gold strap in real life either.

Neither did Lana, Sasha Banks, or any of the NXT guys. Moreover, nobody at all won that weird all-gold belt.
It's just a free pack-in. If you don't want one with the belt then don't seek one out.
