Looks like Mattel is releasing a 3D printer(Thingmaker) for $300 later this year, maybe we can use it for our accessories, Owen, and Benoit heads? I doubt it'll work like that though.

Exactly, creepy diva dudes will buy her up. Maybe thats supposed to be rhyno, not nash? Its weird Nash wears the right elbow pad and does the kliq sign. Definitely him. Looks more like horns than this kliq thing. But youre probably right. |

Why would Mattel release a 3D printer? It's not something that could put them out of business but it's something that could cost them a hell of a lot of money in the long run.

Those mystery minis are really cool. I just got my first POP vinyl in my wrestle crate. I'm not sure if I want to start another collection tho, collecting Mattels is a lot.

I thought they were cute little collectibles, not something I'd really buy or collect, then they made Breaking Bad and Dragon Ball Z, so i picked 2 up and thought....I can't just have 2. I now have 63, I don't know how it happened and it's not ending any time soon haha. |

Just like the representative said, some of the brands in their portfolio won't be available at launch. I can see WWE possibly allowing you to make certain accessories. But nothing that may disrupt their brand too much. |

I got my first WWE Mini the other day (Found Andre) and they're cheap enough to pick up while I'm waiting or new Elites as a cute little collectible. That said, I'm loving Nash, DiBiase, Jake, and Razor looks pretty nice. Foley's a must for me. |

The Thingmaker is quite interesting, but its official usage for WWE will probably be limited to a few props, and I'm not sure I'd want to pay $300 (plus the UK markup) just to do an exclusive Big Show megachair or something. Wanting to make Chris Benoit heads seems so creepy anyway, though.

Its a cheap 3D printer, loaded with software that allows you to create a figure based on their pre-loaded 3D digital designs. Their designs are simple toys with interchangeable parts/ toy jewelry. Its basically a "Make your own dollar store toys" machine. You could make a Benoit using a regular 3D printer... You would just need to make 3D digital design of Benoit's head. |

My understanding is the thing maker will only print Mattel designed/approved objects. So you probably aren't printing anything worthwhile.

I really love the minis. They are great quality and so cool, much to my surprise. I just wish they wouldn't do stuff like put Piper and Macho in the exclusive Walmart boxes.
Definitely pumped to see Rollins. Bunch of wants from wave 2.
