well first off let me say, its terrible. Slow down when your painting, it looks like you did this in under a minute. Part choices are bad too. Not much else for me to say

Okay, here are some tips to make it better...
- Torso is too small. Get the Ultra Heavyweight torso. (eg- Terry Funk, Murdoch, etc.)
-Painting is very sloppy. Take your time. You should redo the legs.
-Use a different head. I suggest using a Dreamer head and sanding off the sideburns.
- If you are going to use that head, you should get the paint off of his face. It makes it look kind of crappy.
But after all, this is only your first custom. You WILL improve, so don't give up. Just use the tips I gave you, and your customs will be great!

Take your time...and really try to put some effort into that.
As your first custom, you got SOME things right. But a lot of the stuff is just plain wrong.
Slow down, for one thing. For another, look at more referral pics. Do whatever you can not to make the painting sloppy.
As a first custom, my advice is to keep trying...but realize that...that thing isn't gonna sell for anything and it pales in comparison to just about everything seen on this board.

Next time, take your time, and use the Custom Support Board for some help. It doesnt look like you picked the best kind of paint. Please tell me you did not use sharpie on the eyebrows.

Joe wears Kick Pads, Paper shirt looks awful, Bad choice of torso (and therefore crotch) and head, I like the painting on the shorts though, but that's it. If you want to improve I recommend getting any RA Tommy Dreamer figure, sanding the beard off and using that head (and maybe hands?) then replace the torso you're using with the fat one (and ditto with the crotch peice) then use the TTL Rikishi or tall RA kick pads for his lower legs. Then just take your time with the painting and it will be 100 times better.

Maybe the other 99 limited edition Samoa Joes look better than this one. Seriously man, Sloppy paint job on the tights, the legs are too skinny for Joe and what's with the paper t-shirt? At least the face looks alright. It kinda looks like him.
