For a somewhat small set you've got a lot of the better jakks figures, especially the classic superstars ones.

Yeah I got into the Jakks game a little after RA 13 was released; but a lot of my figs were picked up at specialty shops, given to me by a friend or the like. So the older Classics I picked up dirt cheap. It's a nice little collection all things considered.

Terry Funk almost looks like a completely different person without the bandanna and cloth shirt. Seeing pics of these MOC and loose figures definitely takes me back to collecting Jakks figures in the mid-to-late 2000's. Some good, some bad, but all in all I wouldn't trade that time for anything because I had fun collecting them and didn't know any better. Do you plan on doing anything with them outside of this post? I've considered taking pics of mine similar to what you've done here, but I don't want to unload them all from storage.

Cena had a cloth Clippers Jersey I found. But I took it off for the pic. If I had the room I would display them, but they went back into storage. Some day I'll display them on shelves, or if I have kids give them to them. I just did it for something to do. The MOCs are on display though. Just pulled the VA Miz close up for the sake of the picture. The MOC Eddie will always be out because I bought it the night before he died. I got home from the store and went to bed vowing to open him the next day, then found out he died and decided against it. Almost the same story with Benoit, except, well, I had no qualms about opening that one after the fact.

I always wanted one of those mini NBA/NFL jerseys from Burger King, but I must not have went there when they were available in 2005. Like you said, that was the same year that Eddie Guerrero and the rest of the Best of WCW/ECW series could be found in stores. I remember going to my local TRU store in the middle of June to find all 12 figures in that series. Loved the concept then and I only wish that Jakks had done more with it. I've still got the MOC pics I took after I bought them - the first pic is from June 18th and the second is June 20th, 2005. I don't know when it was that I got Ric Flair, but it was likely during that same week. Here are my original MOC pics of 11 out of the 12: I often thought about buying the Black Tiger Eddie Guerrero repaint from CS19, but I never got around to it.

I ALWAYS wanted it, loved the question marks and I'm a big Rey fan, but I could never find him.

Looks like you're a fan of the lower to mid cards like me. Some of the most interesting characters and attires come from there. Lovin' Sylvester Terkay, Shannon Moore, Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch, and Rico. All very colorful or well sculpted.

It just so happened they were mid carders. Made playing with them back in the day fun though. I do love the Rico, always wished I could have gotten the pink tights one though.

At the time, i couldn't believe i was buying a "Big Stevie Cool " jakks figure. Buying that whole wave was one of my favorite Jakks TRU hauls.

Great stuff!
I had my Jakks Classic Superstars collection out this past fall and it brought back so many memories of me and my friends figure hunting all the time for the latest series. I will have to dig them out again and take some pictures.

Some cool figures there man. I can't say I've ever seen that Stevie Richards in yellow before though.
