That's weird. I inquired to Amazon why my item hadn't been shipped yet and they gave me one day shipping for free and I got it the next day. I've had a few minor problems over several years, but they've always had great service with me.

I've had a few minor problems over several years, but they've always had great service with me. I was already skeptical about paying 80 dollars for the thing....but I caved in since there were no more at Kmart. With my luck...I'll go back to Kmart and they'll have tons of them...marked down probably. I have no idea what's going on. This has never happened before.

Lol. I understand why you're annoyed but I laughed when you wrote that you were so disgusted. Are you a Prime member, because otherwise this doesn't really seem that out of the ordinary to me? I'm not a Prime member but I've had things take that long to ship out when I used their free shipping option. Under "track package" there's usually an estimated shipping date given if I'm not mistaken.

Amazon has a live chat support option. Use that instead of email, they are less likely to blow you off. Usually if there is an issue with my items they will refund the item or shipping or both no problem.

Yes I am....I had the two day shipping. if thats the case then they will 100% refund your shipping. just go to their site, click contact us, answer the few drop down questions about the order and then on the bottom of your screen you should see these 3 options: if you click the chat it'll open like an instant message support chat, then once you give them your order number they will help you. I've done this so many times, I really don't see why anybody else would use any other option. I'm pretty sure its 24/7 service because I've contacted htem in the middle of the night before and have gotten help. But I know the chat isn't listed as an option if you're viewing it on amazon's mobile site, so if you don't see it and you're on mobile then thats why.

Doing a quick look myself at the item on amazon, it seems that is exactly the case. Its a fulfillment by amazon seller. Sometimes they are slower to process their orders then Amazon themselves. It will be two-day shipping but Ive had instances too where a third party seller doesn't ship right away. So I wouldnt aim the anger at Amazon, instead the seller is likely to blame here.

What's wrong with waiting? How old are you?
When I was growing up I would often look at comics and magazines. In those publications were advertisements for all kinds of things. In the add it would usually say something like please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery, and here you are complaining that it's been 4 days.
Really?!??
You do realize the 18th was a Holiday, many places dont open on Holidays. Also take that into consideration, there were probably multiple orders placed on Monday, the 18th, and more than likely those orders before yours didnt get any attention until the following day when everyone returned to work.

Might be all the snowstorms. I ordered some things on the 12th and they did not arrive till the 21st. They had to go from the East coast to the West coast which usually does not take more than 5 days. I would also factor in MLK day and its observance days as a contribution to the delays. If that were the case they should have told you though.
