read about human growth hormone. read about stem cells. read about john cena's bodybuilding career before wrestling (a "sport" which relies on aggressive anabolic steroid usage). then realize that john cena's unbelievable healing is the same as his unbelievable physique - it's synthetic, fake, drug induced. maybe then the "wow how does cena do it" comments can rightfully end.

But he has come back from injuries with ultra fast recover times in the past, so we are believing in more than WWE's hype. |
