Anyone else a Progress fan? I find it odd that there isn't any chatter about it on this board, atleast to my knowledge haha.
IMO Progress is one of the premier companies in the world, I love the underground punk rock like feel and atmosphere of the shows.
Everything in Progress just feels so organic specifically Jimmy Havoc; Havoc is undeniably one of my favorite characters in the whole realm of the wrestling world at the moment. It amazes me how different Progress is in the year 2016 to a fan who feels like he's seen it all.
If you haven't already, you should definitely check it out.
I'll leave you all with just simply Jimmy Havoc's entrance...

I have never heard of it before, but that is super fresh. I have got to see more. Thank you for this.

It's one of those things where I know about it, have felt compelled to share or bring it up but as it's so small, figured it would go the way of other threads of mine, with bugger all replies.
It's in Islington, where my Aunt lives, so I keep up with it here and there. Jimmy Havoc, whilst being an important part of PROGRESS, fails to enthrall or engage me in any way.
Along with RPW I consider it to be a cornerstone of current British pro wrestling.

I freaking love PROGRESS. I started with Chapter 20: Thunderbastard: Beyond Thunderbastard, and I've been hooked since.
Yesterday I saw Chapter 25: Chat Sh*t, Get Banged, and the main event to that show was just incredible. Scurll & Ospreay are just two incredible wrestlers, and they tore the house down.

Yeah Jimmy Havoc is a great character, but there's something major missing for me too. Perhaps because he's so damn scrawny.
My first Progress show was the Download Festival 3 day-er. Awesome entertainment all round! Seb and Tom the Geezers are brilliant! Mikey Whiplash beat Havoc after the interference from Andy Williams of EveryTimeIDie fame. Which I believe was the only loss Havoc suffered during his reign as Progress Champion.
I've kept up to date here and there ever since, anybody looking for a good alternative should deffo check out Progress! Jimmy Smallman is a hell of a guy, too. A real gent.
