Gross. Cena vs taker is worse than watching people peel potatoes.
It also absolutely does not need to be someone from nxt.

It surely can't be Sting? He's finished after that match with Rollins. I can't see it being Balor as he's injured currently. He should be fine by WM weekend but I don't think the crowd would buy you as a threat to Taker if you're on crutches leading up to it. Hopefully we get a massive swerve at Fastlane and he actually faces Roman Reigns so that Ambrose can face H. Balor doesn't even have to appear, except in maybe mystery teaser vignettes - no crutches need be seen.

I know it won't happen but I'm hoping it is Angle. YES 10 years later! Their 2006 NWO match was fantastic.

Eh. Sting vs Taker is good on paper, but the match wouldn't be good at all. As for Jericho, that may have been a draw in 00-03 but not now. Jeridad vs Old Man Taker isn't appealing Rock and Hogan did virtually nothing in their match and it was one of the greatest matches ever. Wrestling is more than flips and dips, Undertaker and Sting would tell an incredible story together. That's all that matters. It would be amazing for the same reason that Hogan vs. Rock was. Never said wrestling was about flips. I just don't think two guys in their 50's who are obviously not what they once were, could put on anything better than decent. I'm a huge Sting fan, he was my childhood hero, but I still don't think this match would be good for anything other than a epic staredown moment.

I'm intrigued by this story. I really want to know, but I'm loving the suspense. Now I just hope it doesn't end up being a giant disappointment.

I am just going to guess someone in terms of Rock,Austin,HBK,Goldberg,Angle,Sting...ect if their talking about someone not on the active roster i.e. between WWE/NXT.
The only names that real interest me are Rock,Angle and Sting.I would assume Sting is a long shot do to his neck issues and Rock with him filming a movie. So I am going to guess Angle and if that turns out to be the case Taker/Angle is a pretty big match up and even with both men being past their prime out of every legend I listed Angle could clearly go at the best in terms of and actual in ring match up and also back in the day those two had great chemistry together.I mean its a tad sucky if we get at at WM 32,not hating just saying it would have been so much nicer to get it at WM 22 which was rumored and the plans before the moved it up a month prior to No Way Out.

It's so ing stupid, but if his music hit and he came out to challenge The Undertaker at Wrestlemania? I would mark out and laugh so damn hard.

Maybe Batista? Of course WWE would want us to think Batista turned down the offer, and then just swerve us.

Randy orton is injured. Technically not on the roster at the moment. I wonder if it could be him?
