Does anyone else think this gimmick is great? I really wanna see it on the main roster. Not saying Dillinger should be main eventing or WWE champion but I can see him having a solid US or IC title reign. To bring him up and ensure the gimmick has a less chance of flopping, they should air 10 vignettes for 5 weeks. One on Raw and One on Smackdown each week. WWE needs to not just bring these guys from NXT and expect the casual fans to know and get behind them. They should have all had vignettes prior to debuting. Each vignette would be Dillinger giving 1 reason why he's a perfect 10 until he lists all 10 reasons. Give the casual fans an idea of what he's about instead of just having his music hit one night. What do you guys think? Plus his theme is awesome

Though I do enjoy him, I feel his gimmick won't have the same feel to it if/when he hits the main roster. I really don't have any reasons to support why, just my thought on it.

Dillinger is good for NXT. Thats where he needs to stay. I just don't see him being anything above the level of a Slater, Axel, Bo Dallas, or Adam Rose...hmm those four should be a faction.

Great talent that'll get lost in the shuffle.

He's a sure fire flop for the main roster. Didnt he already flop as Gavin Spears?

I definitely struggle to get behind him. I think he's a weird looking guy who looks a bit out of place.
Maybe it's his look, maybe it's his charisma (or lack thereof), but there's something putting me off.
I'd prefer someone like Jordan or Gable to adopt it once he gets canned.

I wanted him to be Number 10 in the Royal Rumble.
His and Jason Jordans tag team split is the best thing that ever happened to either of them.

Tye Dillinger is an under rated talent IMO
I'm a fan of the perfect 10 gimmick and the crowds at all the nxt live event I've been too go crazy for it

Have the countdown begin at nine, announcers can wonder why it started at nine. Buzzer sounds. TEN! Places goes crazy with Ten everywhere.

I never really liked him.
Tbh he looks kinda awkward in the ring. Can't really explain it.

Cool gimmick, solid talent, but I don't see him going far if he ever does get called up.

I think he's awesome. He nails the character and his match with Zayn in England was really solid.

I never saw why people like him so much, he's average at best in the ring and his gimmick makes no sense. What about him is a perfect 10? I'd say he's a perfect 3. IMO

Coincidentally today Tye Dillinger turns 35 years old.

Dillinger is really talented. He could easily be a low-midcard guy on the main roster. The gimmick though? The gimmick has always felt like an NXT type of deal. Sort of like Blue Pants. It only works in a vacuum because everyone in the vacuum is in on the joke. That being said, I think it's awesome and he's awesome doing it. They always seem to use him when they need to get a good match out of somebody else. I've seen him have at least a dozen quality matches at NXT Live events.
