Do a 4 pack of belts from each era(world title, secondary title and 2 tag belts). Change 20 bucks. They'd sell like crazy. Selling era packs would be a great idea. I could see them being around $30 for a batch of 10 something belts. Sure they're expensive now cause they come with Elite figures, but I'm sure they're not expensive by themselves to make.

Because theyre living in magical figure christmas world where it snows VAC titles.... Theyre a giant corporation. Bill does great designing figures and keeping us buying. Mattel knows how to make THEM money...not save US money.

I can't see it being worth the effort to release belt packs at retail outlets. They would be a huge target for shoplifters. If people will open an elite figure to steal the belt, they most certainly would rip off an entire package of belts. On the other hand, belt packs could do very we'll at a mail order collector oriented site like perhaps...Ringside Collectibles

As long as the price is right they would sell. Saying they are going to be 50 bucks is ridiculous. You still pay 20 for an elite without a belt. I think 20 for 3 or 4 belts is reasonable and would not warm shelves like a Bray Wyatt basic

Tey want you to buy 3-4 Yokozunas or DM Stone Colds to get titles. They are a business. Why do they make BAF sets? Just like a "belt pack" we want Paul Bearers and JRs, but they make us buy 4 other figures. They arent our buddies. They want our monies.

I understand this but even re-releasing some hard to find figures would be in their interest, when these people sell their Dusty Rhodes legend at $100 on evilbay, Mattel doesn't gain that $80 extra. But obviously some figures do need to be hard to find to give the consumer pleasure when they find it, and to even give it the rare status.

Not to be an ass, but what does Dusty going for $100 have to do with these people wanting Mattel to make "belt packs" for whatever imaginary pricepoint they choose? But I on your subject, I think Bill does a good job of rereleasing with slight differences to appease everyone. Long time and new collectors.

I wish they were our buddies so every once in a whil I can get some free crap!! Seriously I get both sides of the coin but in the end I feel like it would be an extra product to sell especially to the people who cant afford to buy the 3 Yokozunas for the tag belts. Personally I dont care I can spend pretty much I want on figures but for those who cant it would be an avenue for them and extra sales for Mattel. I also like the rare status of a figure. It adds something to the hobby to own a "chase" figure but you are right if they would re release say Kevin Nash they would kill it in sales.

I just paid 40 bucks on ebay for the raw tag belts. Worth every penny. I'm definitely not waiting for a rerelease.
Needed em for my cruiserweight tag belts in my fed.

So how much would I be able to get for these, if I ever decide to sell them?? I just checked the Bay of E. It looks like the going rate is $25 each. I believe I got them for much less than that. I think I'll wait till they go for $50 each and sell them all. By the time I "complete" my collection, unless Mattel decides to make more Championship Title Belts they haven't made yet, I'll have 42 (34 pictured above, 4 not pictured, and 4 I have yet to get). Then again, would someone actually pay $2,100 for a set of Championship Title Belts!? HAHAHAHA!! Nice pictures, that looks AWESOME!
