Dolph is all hype. I mean, I'm happy that he can say he's been world champion and he is a great talent in the ring. He has a storied rise to stardom. However, he's bad at promos and his pushes go up and down so much that it's are to invest any connection to his character.
When the Uso where on fire, Mattel milked it. But they were milking all tag teams at the time. Harper and Rowins, matadors, Rhodes brothers. All except Miz and Mizdow and the Real American.

In my area, Ziggler basics are like ants whereas Ziggler Elites are like unicorns.

Of course. Do you really think that Mattel would make them so frequently if they didn't sell?

To be fair I don't recall seeing him warm in my area, which is surprising since he was in two basic sets very close together not so long ago, although the re-release that's coming up in Basic 61 may struggle to shiftThat is what I mean right there, here he comes again. When you have a retailer like this one, (that has a ton of traffic), it makes it hard to get the popular figures because mid-carder Dolph (at least as a basic) is already taking up a lot of space. I can understand taking a chance and dealing with the result, but "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, right?" This Walmart just got the Build-a-Paul Bearer set, but they can't get a whole bunch of them out there because Dolph (who is coming again) and guys like the Usos are taking up space. So they miss sales because they sell the two sets of the fresh popular item that they can fit out there in the A.M., and an employee doesn't bring out anymore until like the next day etc. But it is not like Tito or the Horseman box set, where they simply shipped too many of a figure. Here we have multiple versions and more planned going forward? Huh?

The E39 Dolph seems to be quite popular here (UK)... there's hardly any of him whenever I've seen E39. Mind you, with the belt and top (and the new packaging), it is a pretty nice figure. E39 is such hot/cold set - Sting, Bulldog and Dolph all seem to be really popular/good sellers... while Godfather and especially Sid and Mizdow are rotting the shelves like crazy.

He sells relatively well where I live, he's easy enough to find, but not usually a problem. Cesaro, Orton, Bryan, and Cena plague the Walmarts in my town.

He doesn't warm in my area. Seen his elite 39 figure once and grabbed it over the flashbacks. He a has a few basics around here but not enough to say he is warming the shelves.

He moves ok by me. Bray Wyatt is the one clogging the shelves in my area big time. I agree with you though that they release the same guys over and over and they stop new product from hitting.

I'm surprised. His figures don't warm here in Toronto.

Its a regional thing.
He flys off the shelf some places, rots in other areas.
The usos though, ive seen them clogging through out the country.

It's rare to find these guys in elite for me as well, basics for dolph are pretty much everywhere and the older set of usos only seen a few times. So I guess just depends on location

Tbh, the only reason I bought him in the first place was for the world heavyweight championship. He was also 1 of the first figures I gave to my 2 year old son. He has 15 figures now. He doesn't care at all for him though. He plays with stardust and the red white and blue warrior the most lol.

In my neck of the woods his basics warm IF its a Walmart that actually have more than 1 figure on the pegs. His Elites ,however, always move here. E39 has been no exception as he's easily been the hardest one to find on the pegs. But it should also be noted, that despite the years of 2010-2013, John Cena figures now sell very briskly here too. Same with Orton. I guess theres a new batch of kids on board with the line,as until 2014, both of those were readily available anywhere you went. Now its mostly the "B" level stars that stagniate for a bit. Your Rusevs, Big shows etc. Guys that have been in heavy rotation in the basic line of late. Of course some of that is down to distribution here as well. We can go for about 3 months with empty or near empty pegs, then suddenly Walmart will get a glut of stock, ocassionally more than 1 series worth, and they'll choke on that after the initial rush to get whatever is brand new from them. Leading us to weeks upon weeks of a log jam with Rusev ,Show, basic Ziggler, Usos etc sitting there and a random newer series will hit, with some repeat faces, making it all the worse. On the flipside, there is Target.....which will go month after month with nearly bare shelves and not one figure moving during that time. Unless its HoF stuff, in which case they have plenty of Titos and no room for HoF 3 to rear its head.

Guaranteed if it was WM31 Ziggler with a nice jean jacket and an accurate body sculpt and a decent head scan it would be hard to find.
When an updated Ziggler with tights comes out, it'll sell great.

I saw E39 Ziggs once around here at TRU. Passed. But just that once. Sid, Sting, and Mizdow are warming here (Massachusetts).
