I'm not sure how I feel about Shane vs The Undertaker It's a very odd choice.

Shane McMahon vs Undertaker would have been a killer match in 2001.
15 years later, it's odd and has no meaning.
Can't complain for a $10.00 pay per view.

Sorry but if you don't think Shane vs. Undertaker in HIAC is gonna be amazing, entertainment wise of course, definitely not for the wrestling than you shouldn't be watching WWE. Triple H vs. Reigns has my attention now that we see who the crowd is gonna side with. Ambrose vs. Lesnar is gonna be one hell of a street fight, I can see it going into the parking lot or at least into the concession or backstage area.

I honestly have no belief that Shane McMahon will be the one wrestling that match. John Cena or somebody else will replace him. And that will be for the best.

Shane vs Taker is going to be the definition of "entertainment." The street fight between Ambrose/Brock will be fantastic. Charlotte/Becky/Banks will be excellent. Give me a cruiserweight championship battle royal, Dudley/Uso table match (Pre-show), Owens/Wyatt and Y2AJ/New Day for the tag team championships and we'll be set.

Eh, this Shane/Taker match is so damn random it makes zero sense. Why did Vince pick Undertaker, the compnay's most beloved character to go against Shane?
If they don't write out Shane with an injury and have him chose a replacement then I could say this is the most all time random Manoa match ever

Shane Vs Taker does nothing for me. It makes no sense and why waste Taker against Shane? You could have Taker wrestle a young guy who needs that rub, and have Shane wrestle someone else. I just don't like the idea of a Taker Vs Shane match.

I agree taker vs Shane is just so random to me like it's a match I never expected to happen but feels like a match I expect WWE 2k16 My universe would do.

After watching the Ambrose beat down on Raw, I pray they don't have him challenge Lesnar every week. I would have Lesnar deny him a match right up until the week or two before while in the meantime Heyman scouts for challengers for the beast and overlooks Ambrose.
I have nothing to say about undertaker vs shane. They are really scraping the bottom of the barrel if that's the best they can offer...

Got an idea for Shane v Taker. Taker shows up and says he will not fight for Vince, he doesn't respect him he never asked permission before putting him in a match at Mania. They argue then out comes Strowman to lay out Taker. Basically we get Taker w/ Shane vs Strowman w/ Vince for control of WWE.

People keep saying "why did Vince choose Taker", you do realise that this is supposed to stop Shane getting control of the company right? Kayfabe-wise, who else is seen as such an imposing force as Taker is? Plus, he's the longest contracted, most loyal member of the roster that Vince has; if he is gonna put his company in anyone's hands, its gonna be the Deadman!
Thinking about it now I wish that maybe they had given this a week or so to stew, or another segment last night to really let what Shane was asking burn in instead of just going straight forward and blowing like 3 major announcements in one 30-minute slot.

Still it does not make sense. Even Shane v. Bray Wyatt or even the entire Wyatt Family would have made more sense

What does everybody think about this? Do you actually think it's going to happen?
So, in my opinion, if wwe wanted to do Cena VS Taker, they needed to create a story behind it...could this just be the beginning of that story? We have like 6 weeks to build to that.....I'm just ending up picturing Cena w/Shand VS Taker w/Vince ala Battle of the Billionaires a few years back
