What do you mean and? I just stated why I don't think it was fake. There is no and. That's it. Nothing else. I don't care if it was real or wasn't, I'm just pointing out that there seemed to be a lot more than what a little packet could produce. Sorry man. I didn't mean to quote you. I quoted just to get to the "advanced" reply option. Was supposed to delete the quoting before posting. Let me edit that. Oh okay haha, I thought that you were attacking me and I was really confused by it

Can we make up our minds if we want blood or not? We're ok with it. They aren't.

]I don't feel sympathy for the angle. I feel sympathy for Reigns. I don't think he's really to blame. He's tried and put on some great matches, but this assault got an even better reaction than Reigns beating up HHH at TLC. The WWE messed up to the point where the heel champion, who has been hated for years, attacks the "top" babyface and the fans chant "one more time". There is something fundamentally wrong with that image. People should feel sympathy for him getting this kind of beating. Did nothing to deserve it. That's not the desired reaction of course. There's no way to dispute that. It's still a reaction though(and a big one). That only adds to Reigns being over/drawing. People pay and want to see him. Some want to see him beat and others to see him get beat(Tazz talked about it in his show I think). As for the reaction being bigger than the one Reigns received for beating HHH at TLC, I think they were pretty similar. Both were chereed during the beating. Both got "one more time" chants. Both had their name chanted "Triple H" and "Thank you Roman(x2)".

I hate reigns. I hate Hunter for inserting himself into this fued to boost his damn ego. I hate Vince for forcing this storyline down our throats.
Bottom line, those two are going to be booed so hard the arena will shake.

I feel bad that he didn't actually have to bleed for that reaction, but actually will get credit for the spot & being 'a tough guy' when it was all smoke & mirrors.

Look at the reaction HHH got when he beat down a proper top face He got huge amounts of heat for that. HHH beats Reigns to a bloody pulp and the audience was happy as hell about it. Something is wrong there.

Video won't play but if anything was handed to him, it was a blade. I've never heard of packets of fake blood actually being used.

But doesn't everybody want more blood? Don't they want WWE to have another attitude era? I don't get it.

I guess every person who ever gets injured is tough as nails and has limitless drive & passion for this business. All I'm saying is people are given credit when they go the EXTRA mile to push their storyline. The extra mile, for guys like Trips, Foley, Flair, Hogan, Brock, Rock, Austin, whoever-- was to actually bleed for it.

It was obvious when Hebner gave Rock and Austin blades at WM17, we should be up in arms over that....
Seriously.
You're just finding ways to downplay a great segment. Hunter is doing his best to make this match important and last night proved it. I don't know why we can't just enjoy the road to Mania instead of complaining about small s***

I rather have fake blood than real blood anyway.I don't want anyone to literally cut themselves just to sell a storyline it's not worth losing blood in your body.

The reason I didn't feel sympathy for the beating is because I don't care about the Reigns character. I'm not invested in him. His entire character to me is one of the worst on the main roster. While Seth and Dean found identities after the Shield split, Reigns didn't. It's the reason my girlfriend and some other casual fans that I know don't care about him. It's not a dislike, it's just more of a "why should I care about him?"

If anything he should go back to his FCW theme.

Roman got what was coming imo. It's not even about "hating" Roman. It's about looking at the booking and realizing that it's not working.

Don't care if it was real. Don't care if it was fake. Don't feel sympathy for Roman. If it was fake, it was a nice use of blood to try to get heat on Triple H (key word there is try.) If it was real, plenty of people have bled before in wrestling, and plenty will bleed again. Roman is fine. The bigger concern here is that the company's "top babyface" can't garner an ounce of sympathy from an audience while being beat to a bloody pulp. And, not only that, the audience is upset when the referees stop it from continuing.

The extra mile, for guys like Trips, Foley, Flair, Hogan, Brock, Rock, Austin, whoever-- was to actually bleed for it. Blading is not what makes a person tough. Does it make Roman Reigns less tough the fact that the big cut on his head was not intentional? Wtf? Also Reigns has gone the extra mile to push his storylines/matches. Didn't need to blade to do so... I agree that any reaction is better than no reaction, but the "top" babyface should not be getting booed. Characters who deserve no sympathy...
