I got in a few hours ago, but I'm sunburned, and it's a little sore. It was very hot outside, over 90degrees, plus humidity, and the guys had a lot of fun with it, but the mat was hot. Christian was cool, showed him the signed flag, posed for a picture, and he was cool. Showed him the pictures of his busted nose from London last year, and the pic from Niagara Falls. Also his entrance from the TNA show in Plymouth, all of which, he signed. Also got Eric Young to sign the flag, the last member of the now-defunct Team Canada. Headed back to Stars of the Game for some great food before leaving town.

Yeah, me and my brother also went to this event. We are both sun-burned as well from sitting out there in the blazing sun for 3+ hours. It was an ok event overall, but I'm tellin' ya right now, if it weren't for the likes of Christian Cage, Petey Williams and or "Showtime" Eric Young, NOBODY would've showed up for this event. I mean, in total, there must've been only 200 people there, if that, and that's it. And when they had intermission, I'd say a good portion of the fans left, just because it was too damn hot and by that point, Christian had already wrestled and gone. Who the hell was booking this event anyways?? Why in the world would you book Christian Cage to wrestle this guy that nobody has heard of, in basically the middle of the card?? There's no way in hell that the Eric Young and Cody Deaner match should've been the main event, over Christian's big return to B.C.W. There's just no way. Christian deserved way better in my opinion and he's the main reason I made the trip down there to see this half-assed event. Some of the wrestlers that wrestled had no business being there and it certainly showed and I actually felt sorry for them for going out there in the blazing heat and wrestling on that hot-ass canvas which must've been baking in the sun. Also, I've got to say this, there's no comparison to this year's WrestleFest and last year's WrestleFest. I went to both and last year's was BY FAR, so much better. It was held in a better arena with air conditioning, had a better card, drew ALOT more fans and was put together much better, where-as this year's WrestleFest was almost like a garbled mess, which drew way less fans, took place out-side in the blazing heat, had a ridiculously long aisle-way when the wrestlers were coming out, there was virtually NOBODY there greeting them, the ring-announcer sucked-ass, the music was WAY off on quite a few spots which made the wrestlers look like complete idiots, the matches were bad, and there wasn't even a ing ring-bell!! I mean, at one point, I heard referee "Pee-Wee" Kastles say to the ring-announcer, "ring the bell" and he kind of sat there looking like a complete moron because there was no ing bell to ring!! I'm sorry, but that was pretty bad....How poor of a show must it be, when there isn't even a friggin' ring bell??.... Anyways, I could rant & rave about how poor this show was, but I think you get the picture. It was very bad and I felt sorry for the likes of Christian Cage, Petey Williams and Eric Young for being part of this mess. They all deserved better. Christian deserved to main event the thing, but wrestled pretty much mid-card through the event and took on a guy that nobody has heard of. If I was booking the event, the main event would've been either Christian vs. Petey Williams, Christian vs. Eric Young or Christian vs. A1. ANY of those would've been better choices than the main event that DID happen, I'll say that much. If that was the future of B.C.W. then let me say right now, then the future is very bleek and the company could be in serious trouble because in all honesty, that was one of the worst wrestling shows that I've seen in quite some time. I've been to Hardcore Wrestling Federation events that were better than that, I've been to Xtreme Wrestling Coalition events that were better than that, and I've been to B.S.E. events that were better than that. I guess I was just expecting too much after seeing last year's WrestleFest, I suppose. This year's WrestleFest didn't even deserve to be called WrestleFest in my opinion. It should've been re-named to Wrestle-Mess because that's exactly what it was, from top to bottom and that's all there is to it.

www.bordercitywrestling.comBCW returns to Windsor after a year! July 15, 12:30pm start, doors open at 11am with exclusive meet and greet with Christian Cage! On the card, Christian Cage, Petey Williams, Jaime D (TNA's newest signee) plus we are about 99% on adding Showtime Eric Young among many more. There are only 400 tickets available and exclusively online, so make the trip to Windsor, you won't be disappointed! What do you think of that hype-up Old School?? It does sound like it was very poorly organized..

^ Unless you were there, which you probably weren't, you have no idea. The event was bad and that's all there is to it.

^ Come on man, I realize you do major things for B.C.W., but even you cannot possibly think that was a good show because it was far from it. It was a mess from start to finish and you know it, wether you care to admit it or not. If I were in your position, I probably wouldn't admit it, but I'd know deep down for sure.

Yeah, I kind of have something to do with BCW, I co-own it. This was actually my show to do. I said I wouldnt say anything, but I am really pissed off. I never usually let marks get under my skin, but you did for some strange reason.
1. First off, CHRISTIAN asked to go on before intermission so he could get on the 3:30 flight to Orlandoi instead of waiting until 9:30. What am I supposed to say, no?
2. The Bluesfest bought the show off me. I had no control over where the show was or the weather. The original contract stated that I needed 2 TNA stars on the show. I could have been a scumbag promoter and booked A-1 and Sirelda and pocketed a ton of money but instead, I brought in Christian, Petey and Showtime. I later added Sirelda, DRay 3000 and A-1.
3. We were at the Bluesfest's mercy when it came to the sound, music and announcing. They wanted their people controlling it, what should I have done? They only had one CD player and it didnt play burned CDs which 75% of the wrestlers have.
4. I am not saying I am the greatest booker in the world, but I learned how to book from Scott D'Amore, Terry Taylor and Tommy Dreamer. You never bring in 2 'names' and have them face each other on your show. That doesnt benefit the promotion at all. CK3 is my top heel and thought it would be good for him to get the rub from a former World champ. You use name guys to draw crowds and elevate your locals.
5. I dont understand how you hated the undercard this year and loved it last year when 99% of the people were the same on both shows???
6. Finally, I dont care what size crowd was there or not because it was a sold show. We got the show less than 4 weeks ago and did very little advertising. I just thought it would be a good way for the fans of BCW to see a show again, thats all.
Before all the armchair bookers, give their opinions, how about knowing some facts first.
Oh, and I must be a real crappy promoter, so crappy that I was hired over a month ago to promote Bound for Glory in Detroit.

Well, now that you've clearly pointed out the facts which I didn't know about, I guess I was way out of line on most of the stuff I said. I am sorry and I apologize.
