My only issue is work the next day. The event always ends around 10:30pm then it takes over 1 hour to get out of the arena's car park and after that a 15 minute drive home which makes it too late for me.
House show matches are predictable anyway so it's not as if you miss anything special.
In which case, why bother paying money to go at all? Because there is more to a show than the main event. A few years ago the main event was Cena vs Ryback and that was a match I had no interest in seeing at all so I happily left as it started. But earlier on that same show the Shield, Sami Zayn, Team Hell no, Goldust, Randy Orton etc were all in action and that more than satisfied me.
I got my moneys worth seeing those guys.

I don't get the whole "beat the traffic/crowds" thing -- if traffic and crowds of people are more important than seeing the show, it seems a lot easier (and cheaper) to just not go to the show in the first place. My only issue is work the next day. The event always ends around 10:30pm then it takes over 1 hour to get out of the arena's car park and after that a 15 minute drive home which makes it too late for me.

15 drive and you're driving your own car there? Public transport or taxi that

No, I don't care about traffic. If I pay for a ticket to an event, I'm staying until the show is over.

Late December 2006 we were at a house show in Cleveland, the main event was Batista vs. Booker T in a cage I believe. We left as the cage was being constructed because my friend and I decided going to the strip club would be more fun than a match we had no interest in seeing.

House of Hardcore 11. Too many TNA guys, and not enough good talent. Left during the main event. I thought the entire show stunk, except for Tajiri vs Hero.

There was a house show in Trenton in July of 13 that I left as soon as Cult of Personality hit. Really? You are that much of a hater? You would have been the only one.

I've never left a show early. I always wanted to make sure to stay through the end past when others leave in case any more matches came on after the show. A good example of this is In Your House from December 1995. All the PPV matches occurred but the bout sheet indicated two more matches (Duke Droese v. Goldust and an eight man tag). I liked the mid card guys especially so I was glad to have stayed and got to watch it.

Yes and I don't care if I was the only one, I've said it before, I used to change the channel when he was on. I don't care how unpopular the opinion is.

I don't really remember, as it was 9 years ago and we were on our way out.

I have absolutely no idea how many shows I've been too. I seen some really really bad WCW and WWF house shows and never left early.
My parents didn't believe in paying for something we didn't get the most of. I learned it from them and I will probably never leave a show early because of it. Something huge would have to happen like an emergency or maybe big show vs Kane in the main event. Lmao.

Unless there is an emergency - why would you spend money on a ticket if you know you're going to leave early? Idc if the main is D-Lo vs. Taka, I'm going to f'n stay.

I've never left early, but then again, I haven't been to 60 shows.

Don't like leaving early, only did it because my ride wanted to go but was always after the final 3 count in the main event. My Dad always wanted to beat the rush of traffic but I like to chill out and stay and let everyone else bundle out. Almost missed Zayn at takeover London because my mate was leaving.

I walked out of RAW in Tampa back in August. The one with the divas beat the clock challenge and sting. RAW was off air but I had no interest in seeing the dark match at all. Especially after what was probably one of the worst RAWs in a while.

I left NXT-TakeOver London straight after they walked to the back of the Main Event. I missed Sami Zayns return.
