No, see earlier. I from like chapter 3 onward I hated writing Daniel Kirkbride. He was stupid and in spite of all my efforts completely one dimensional. I had every intention of just going with a couple of beers tonight 'cause I haven't really like touched the sauce since before the kid was born aside from the nightly 2x shots when my anxiety and insomnia were both at their peak and like one or two special occasions like that about a year ago where I posted a rp completely tanked at 1am from some hotel in Virginia. I can still knock back beers no problem and it usually takes at least a six pack to start showing some sort of discernible change, but hoo boy, finding that Captain tonight? That's an olllllllllld friend of mine. I'm gonna regret it in like an hour when I gotta chew like 40 Tums to get to sleep. Spiced rum and I just don't jive anymore - something a bit smoother with some ginger ale is more my speed now. I'd be thanking the lawd for that bidet I installed last week if I'd broken into the whiskey. Even before I lost my gall bladder that stuff gave me the tarry sh*ts. Also it's really weird that everyone here calls me by some variation of my character name cause it's like a real ne and all but it's not even close to my real name. Yeah, I was your opponent that show. Oh yeah. Haha. Sorry about that.

Well that's because you've never outwardly made your real name known. Don't know yours or Drakz's of the old timers here. Only know Schneider's from Rev, but a lot of people have used a variation of their real name for their character or display name. You're just an oddity. I've referenced at least a dozen times the difference between Phillip and Jeremy. People just don't pay attention

See, nobody knows my name. I've never made it obvious on here.

Yeah I think plenty of people on here know my real name, because I'm almost certain Shawn went through a phase when he'd call me exclusively by that on here.
You know the saddest thing about the whole WFWF / real world divide? I can safely say I speak to Drakz more than I speak to a lot of people I know from outside of here, including my family, though anyone who knows me will tell you that latter bit isn't that surprising. Josh too thinking of it.
To crap over Shawn's point though, I have never even thought about naming a character even close to my real name.

This has been my favorite Eminem song since The Eminem Show dropped when I was in high school. It also almost became an entrance theme for David Brennan at one point but I insist on writing more to my entrance than just "Song X plays" and I couldn't write the intro in a way that I liked, so I wound up scrapping the idea. I'm mostly posting this because yesterday was the five year anniversary of Nate Dogg's death, I've been bumping this song (among others he's on) for 12 years, and I only just found out like two months ago that he's dead.

I wouldn't go by my real name either, mainly because I wouldn't have any good nicknames or surnames. Shawn is the only person on here who knows my real name.

Breaking News coming in my from my esophagus: sources deep within my digestinal tract are telling me that stunts like last night's ill advised consumption of spiced rum mere hours from bedtime are hereby forbidden. Further, I have been advised by my digestive system to refrain from copious amounts of whiskey and/or anise flavored spirits until I either lose some f*cking weight or figure out acceptable amounts in conjunction with 2014's abandonment of digestive ally The Gall Bladder.
Treaty documents will allow for the continued consumption of most cheaply made American brews, with strong caution that persons consuming "PBR" have been known to dispense wasteful byproduct the following morning, and that parties on the side of the individual in question (known publicly as "the wife") have a strong distaste for individuals "High Life Farts".
Individual is advised to invest in shares of stock relative to "Tums", "Rolaids" and "Zantac".

I don't really drink spiced anything, closest I'll get to that is Crown Royal Apple which isn't even close. But the woman made me try Jack-O Lantern around Halloween time and the ensuing heartburn made me slightly upset with her because I just wanted a Dos Equis but nah, gotta have the Pumpkin Spice Beer. that.

In retrospect, Captain was an AWFUL decision. Before last night, I hadn't touched the stuff in just under four years. When me and the Captain last met, it was by way of his private stock at a bachelor party I was hosting. I was so worse for wear the next morning that I made my friend drive my car back from Connecticut to NH while I slept on the floor of the backseat. I woke up four hours later, went downtown to get my tux, came home to shower, and after the fact had to go and buy cheap gas station cologne because my sweat literally smelled like the Cap'n. I tried in vain all day today to wash that wretched after taste from my mouth, but it wasn't happening.
