Could it be possible to get Jericho vs. AJ in a Ladder Match at WrestleMania?

What would be at the top? A submission match would make more sense

I said it in the Mania thread but I see it just being a Loser Leaves WWE match, it's all laid out with Jericho mad at the fans wanting AJ over him. Jericho is 45, now the age isn't that old in reality but in wrestling it's pretty old. There's not much more he can do and he also has his band. It'd be a hell of a way to go out. Wrestlemania 32 in front of a record breaking crowd against arguably the best wrestler in the world today

Sounds like an awesome idea to me. The card will benefit from gimmick matches and it makes it different to their past clashes.

There HAS to be a stipulation of some sort! I'd say a submission match makes more sense, or as others have said, a Loser Leaves WWE-kinda match.

I don't really see a loser leaves WWE match happening, since AJ just debuted and Jericho is too valuable to just never appear for WWE again. I always enjoy his matches whenever he returns.
Maybe throw a #1 Contender contract up there for a ladder match? It'd be different.

I hope there is a stipulation of some kind in there. Cause while I've enjoyed the feud, it's getting repetitive at this point.

Most likely going to be a submission match.

Likely be a submission match, which is so dumb that they wasted Jericho tapping to AJ at FastLane.
Ideally, they should be 1-1 against each other. And Jericho should be a mega heel to AJ, since AJ is popular and new. Instead of being a team for 2 weeks and creating a shirt as the focal point of the feud, they should have spent the last month with Y2J running down AJ on the mic as how he was too scared to come to WWE and why he waited so long. Then AJ beats a number of guys with the Calf Crusher, to help set up Submission match for WrestleMania.
You cant script a feud better than AJ making Chris Jericho tap out in a Submission match at WrestleMania to end their feud 2-1.

Should be vs KO for the ic title in a 30 minute ironman
Or vs Nakamura
I don't need to see Jericho-Styles 47

A Ladder Match for what though? 30 minute Iron Man would suit them better in my opinion.

It'll simply be a loser leaves WWE match because Jericho wants to get rid of the "rookie" and send him back to the "minor leagues". And then Jericho will lose and go back to Fozzy or whatever else he does...

I'd like a 2 out of 3 falls match with some stipulations.

Loser leaves wwe? Yeah until y2j makes a "surprise" return during the rumble The Rumble?!?! I wouldn't be surprised if Jericho showed up the following night on Raw and say something like, "Did ya miss me?!?!"
