Whatever it takes to stop using new talent like Tyler Breeze or Ascension as jobbers. Those guys never even got a chance to sink or swim on the main roster. I've kind of learned to accept that they'll be jobbers. I was loving the Ascension when they were actually squashing jobbers, but now they're going nowhere. Breeze is doomed with the gimmick he has.

The back of my mind tells me you're right but I just can't accept it no matter how apparent it is. Tonight's Smackdown was just brutal to watch. It's not like there are even better options that have come along since; for crying out loud, the tag team scene is polluted with the boring League of Nations (why???), a couple of 50-something year old duos, and the bloody Usos that are more stale than Cena was in 2010. Ascension was a no-brainer to liven things up and I think they could still start a winning streak out of nowhere and look legit. As for Tyler Breeze, I don't see a problem with the gimmick. Maybe he's not goint to main event Wrestlemania with it, but it works perfectly for most any other rivalry. WWE constantly tries to be relevant by making stupid pop-culture references and un-funny teenage jokes, etc... it doesn't get more relevant than some douche shoving his selfie stick in everyone's faces, and he actually pulled it off WITHOUT it being cringe-worthy. Vince should LOVE him.

It even felt like it would be much better in late 2014 through 2015 with Kidd/Cesaro, New Day, Dudleys, Los Matadores, the recently debuted Ascension, etc. There should be designated jobbers, not these guys that have shown themselves in NXT and such that end up with these terrible losses. People who are popular like Damien Sandow should not be buried this badly. Tyler Reeze shouldn't be losing all the time. There should be a more important mid card.

Jobber matches have their place in today's wrestling if used right.
You can't have a talent squash jobbers for months on end then lose big the first time they do something else.
Hell the first hour of Raw could be jobber matches for all the importance that they generally have.
