Unfortunately, this is a product of piss poor booking and a bad Wrestlemania card. You can't expect people to care about meaningless matches when you don't care to promote them as a company.
These chants are annoying, but they're indicative of a serious problem. Long, boring shows, miscast talent, and a collective feeling that the company is in a bad spot with no immediate fix in the pipeline.

-Haven't watched RAW or Smackdown in full since September. -See the graphic for the five on five Divas match at Mania with a mystery spot on Team Total Divas. -Think for five seconds, come to the determination the fifth Diva will be Eva Marie. -Emma vs Paige match starts. -Beatdown of Paige and Brie happens after match, make joke to self: "Eva Marie comes in for the save". -Music hits, crowd collectively boos. Prediction made 15 minutes before event happens fulfilled. And they wonder why people aren't tuning in like they used to? They need to quit just bringing people from NXT like everyone knows who they are. Absolutely. Also, vignettes that don't give much information doesn't help either. Remember Bo Dallas'? It would just be him saying to Bolieve, but they never explained what that meant. Adam Rose would party a ton on a bus, but we never found out why. The Ascension showed up, called themselves better than old teams, got beat up by old teams and beat the Outlaws before doing nothing. They never fleshed out Neville beyond "guy who does flippy things". They gave up on Breeze and never explained anything about him either. Like, it's not hard but creative just seems so lazy with everything. |

They need to quit just bringing people from NXT like everyone knows who they are. This is very true! A lot of people may just watch Raw and Smackdown and still order the PPVs through satellite and cable, not having a single clue who is in NXT or what is going on there. I used to love the old vignettes where the person would do something different each week and then by the time they debuted you felt like you knew them already. |

That's why they should have kept Zayn up after Mania, told their backstory and built towards Mania. NXT did their feud and built it on their history just fine. What? If it matters, Zayn eliminated Owens from the Royal Rumble this year. Yeah, but then disappeared for a month before resurfacing outta nowhere. Gah, I meant keep him up after the Rumble. Have him explain the next night why he has a vendetta with Owens. Do like NXT did and show photos of them as friends and even show the clip from NXT when Owens turned on him. It's really, really easy. |

I feel like if you're not the Authority, Paul Heyman, Undertaker, or A former member of the shield, then you get no story development. |

I will have to sit through Sasha Banks and New Day at Wrestlemania, you can very well sit through Eva Marie for 5 minutes. Plus Eva is the most over diva on the roster. Instant booing when she comes out. That's heel heat, bay-bay!! I'm not saying anything about having to sit through her. I've learned to deal with her. I gave her no response at NXT Cleveland and I won't until she earns a reaction from me. She can be on Mania and I kind of expected it since it's Team Total Divas. While you may not like Sasha and New Day, they've been a key part of the roster for months and belong in a spot at Mania. Eva Marie (and a few others) haven't really done anything to warrant a Mania spot. The biggest issue is that it'll hurt the Total Divas team getting cheered. They've been presented as the babyfaces but they've got a big heel on their team now so I'm not sure how it'll work. For someone who doesn't have an issue with Eva you sure are worried about it quite a bit. |
