Was Izzy Stradlin there as well? Not involved in the reunion at this time. Unfortunately. Supposedly a money issue, but nobody knows for sure.

Tommy left after the last Vegas residency in 2014 - he's supposedly still on good terms with Axl, and was happy to step aside to focus on his solo career. I'm fairly certain Tommy was the one who decided to leave, and that, along with Ash-hole and BBF leaving, was what prompted the reunion. I think the only one from nuGuns that would be on bad terms with Axl would be Bumblefoot, and probably Pittman now. Thanks for the clarifications! Tommy put out a fantastic solo album in 2011, Mutiny. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little poppy, but with great melodies and a few rockers on side 2 as well. I saw Tommy at the Double Door in Chicago on uh.... the 24th of Jan. I think. His LMAO promotional EP is pretty good, ft. two songs from his upcoming solo album. I also have heard that Paul Westerberg may finally be putting out new work... so if one thing came from that brief Mats reunion (never thought I'd see THAT, either, even if it was kind of gimmicky) before they broke-up again is new music from Tommy & Paul. I had thought Tommy and Axl were on good terms. He made a light-hearted joke about Axl at the gig I was at back in Jan. I had no idea he hasn't been with the band since 2014, though. But then again, I kind of lost touch with what was going on in that camp for awhile. I saw Tommy and his accompanying bands 4 or 5 times from 2011-2012.... true gent. He must have one hell of tolerance for people, having worked with two divas in Westerberg and Axl for most of his career. I digress. Happy to hear he ended on good terms and is able to finally work on his own projects. I still love my Bash & Pop album.... always have had a soft spot for Tommy's solo or side-work. Kudos, man! Still can't believe it's 2016.... 2014 seems like forever ago. Let alone 2011 when Tommy was touring in support of his last solo release.... time flies! P.S. Where's Robin Finck at these days? I always thought he was a great guitarist, and great showman. I liked him in NIN and GNR.... felt he was a nice element to GNR. His style was interesting to me. His looks was cool, at least to 16-year-old me... but even with the looooooooong hair now, I'd rather just shave my head than get dreadlocks like his. haha. I always liked Tommy - even more so after he openly mocked Ashba on-stage during the 2014 SA tour. I think it's a shame Going Down never got an official release. Looking forward to whatever he releases next. I'm not completely sure what Finck is up to now. Last I heard he was back with NIN, but that was a few years ago. He left after 2007, and popped up for a quick appearance during one of the final shows of the UCAP tour in 2012, so I assume he's still on good terms with Axl, too. I definitely loved Finck, and think the band lost something after he left... and gained a terrible tumor. ![:P](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/tongue.gif)

The service fees for these shows (at least Gillette Stadium) are absolutely insane. As are the face prices. $21 in service fees in a $64 ticket. I didn't even check the $280 face price (which is insanely ridiculous to begin with.)

Face value my ticket was $96 and with the fees and tax, it turns out to be $125. This is the one event I won't complain about prices, but ticketmaster, and ticket sites in general are crazy for the processing and facility fees they charge. MLB ticket sites add on an extra $15 to a ticket as well, it is insanity. I mean for god sake, its done online and the send automatic emails with your tickets, there should be no more than a $5 charge.

I agree that a lot of Ticketmaster's fees are excessive, but man, this one is particularly inflated. I've bought tickets to Gillette Stadium before, and the fee was around $10 on a $111 face value, which isn't all that egregious.

Worth noting: Axl has a broken foot, and was chair-bound in Vegas. He apparently borrowed Dave Grohl's throne from last year. Also... THEY PLAYED ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ING COMA. If they dust off Locomotive at some point, and there's good footage of it, I can die happy.

Holy crap.......throw in Pretty Tied Up, Bad Obsession, and Rocket Queen and I'll be good to go. Did i read they played Chinese Democracy too? The album was nothing too special to me, but the title track is badass. I'd love to hear Slash's take on the main riff.

Also, Coma: Rough around the edges, but considering it's only the second show, and Axl always takes awhile to warm-up, I really can't complain. And LALD was pretty insane, too:

i agree the service/convenience fees are absurd. i remember one time a few years back i went to an actual ticketmaster kiosk & they charged me the convenience charge & i told the lady, "what's convenient about this, i came to you, its actually inconvenient, its not like im ordering them online"...she tells me its the convenience of getting tickets from ticketmaster & i said where else am i gonna get them, you guys are basically a monopoly...she just goes do you want them or not lol....i bought em, cinderella/scorpions, i had to

I think the fact that I can see the service/facility fee is why I get so pissed off.
