This whole situation with Izzy is so disappointing. I love Izzy, but if he thinks that with his general unreliability, and holding up Axl/Team Brazil for more money during his other string of appearances, that he would just automatically get an even cut of the money... he  ing crazy. Hell, Slash and Duff aren't even getting an even cut of the money. Really hope they can work something out - especially with the 30th anniversary of AFD next year. |

Fine by me, if true. Axl is clearly enjoying the hell out of playing with Angus, and he has been doing insanely well. Plus, with AC/DC being pretty infrequent tour-wise, it shouldn't impact him splitting time with Guns.
Speaking of Guns, they're doing another Mexico City show on November 29th - right after the SA tour wraps. Possible they may also do something in Vegas again for New Year's.

I wouldn't (and hoping) be surprised for a Cleveland date. I can see Los Angeles getting a couple arena shows as well. Popcorn is going to be doing an AMA on Reddit on the 26th, starting at 11PT/2EST. Between this and his mother's book, I fear the worst.
Anyway, tour starts tomorrow! Axl always seems to bring it in Japan... minus Tokyo '92... so hopefully the trend follows.
Also, we always tend to end up getting the soundboard audio from Japan shows, so that's another plus.

Getting him into the studio is less of a problem than getting the material to escape the studio. Axl is a weird dude. But he's talented as . Admittedly, they don't NEED to make any new music. But it would be awesome if they did. |
