If anything have you ever gone oh that's a stable that could have become a stable but ultimately WWE passed on the idea because WWE creative obviously thought that it would be nothing or stables that you almost wish had happened
A stable that definitely should have happened that I know that could have been great had it ever been formed is:
The United Kingdom
William Regal (Manager/valet/part-timer; tag team one half) (England) Barrett (Enforcer/muscle; tag team one half) (England) Sheamus (Leader/main eventer of the group) (Ireland) McIntyre (Crown jewel; the guy who eventually breaks off on his own) (Scotland)

I always thought Barrett and Sheamus would have been a phenomenal tag team.
But then again that was in 2011 lmao

Back in 2002, during the New World Order's WWE run, as soon as Hollywood Hulk Hogan left the group, and X-Pac joined the group, I always thought that it would have been nice to see the Kliq form an on-screen Stable. They could have expanded and added Big Show anyway, if they really had to, but they should never have had Booker T. join the nWo at all.
Another Stable, that I think would have done really well, even if for only a few months, would have been Rated Y2Jeri-Show-Miz (I’m still working on a better name). Instead of having Chris Jericho kick Edge out of the Team due to Edge being injured, and finding a new partner to defend the Unified WWE World Tag Team Championship Title Belts, I would have had Jericho nicely state that Big Show is Edge’s substitute. Instead of breaking Jeri-Show up, which prompted Big Show to get another partner, I would have had them all team up. Now look back and imagine if these 4 SuperStars were a Stable in the WWE. Now add Randy Orton. DX would have had to call X-Pac and the Outsiders or the New Age Outlaws or they wouldn’t stand a chance.

I agree that the Kilq should have been a real on-screen stable.

I follow up and agree on the nWo/DX idea as a stable. The Kliq would have been a hell of a stable in '02/'03 and maybe if HBK and HHH where around them all of the time Hall and X-Pac wouldn't have took the nose dive that they did in terms of their drug issues and why they where released in '02.
Just thinking in terms of '02 you could have had Triple H as the leader and main eventer,The Outsiders as your tag team,X-Pac as the IC mid carder and HBK as the manager.Would have been a hell of a stable.

The Heyman Alliance
Brock Lesnar-Part Time Leader/Heyman best weapon
CM Punk- Full time leader/Main Eventer/World Title Contender
Cesaro-Workhorse/Mid Carder/IC Title contender/Rising Star of the group
The Shield-Not officially members of the group However they are most often then not Heymans weapon of choice. Thus making them essentially the most important part of the stable. And Full time members by association. Basically they are in the group but don't need Heyman, Heyman needs them.

Or another incarnation of the United Kingdom would be:
Regal (manager) Sheamus (leader/main eventer) Mason Ryan (enforcer/muscle; one half of the tag team) Wade Barrett (rising star of the group; midcard talent who eventually breaks away from the group but not before the others turn on him) McIntyre (other half of the tag team)
They would be sort of like a European 4 Horsemen with Regal being their manager their hype man
