I have custom young bucks I've made from Morrison bodies. I'm wanting to re create their neon paint splatter pants. I can't do it. It just turns into poka dots

Jackson Pollock those boys.
Seriously, I've done it and you can get a good splatter effect by flinging the brush. I just covered the rest of the figure in tape and left the desired area untaped.

flinging the paint everywhere. Just get a toothbrush, dip it into the paint. Using your thumb (yeah you'll get some paint on your fingers) bend the bristles back towards the handle of the toothbrush and then starting at the tip of your thumb and working back towards the base of your thumb, let the bristles flop forward and you have paint splatter. Typically, I would do it once onto a towel or something that way most of the bigger splashes of the paint don't get on the figure and as you go, you will notice that the droplets that fly onto the figure get smaller and smaller.

Hmm too late to try the tooth brush I'm afraid. I used a Qtip stretched the cotton out at the ends played around with it. It's the best or most accurate look I was going for. But it will do. I
