I'd rank it up there as one of the most iconic themes in all of wrestling up there with hogan's real american Undertaker Stone cold Nwo Dx Ric flair

Didnt say its as big a deal as Hogan joining NWO. You may not have outright said it was as big a deal, but you threw it into a conversation including that statement and drew a comparison. It's easier to just say it would be a good turn...but even then...I don't think it would be. Would anyone at this point honestly even give a damn if Reigns was the best heel in history? My point was it would be the best turn since Hogan in the NWO. If the Reigns thing happened, is there a better turn between '96 and now? Reigns turning and joining a group that invades WWE has direct comparisons to NWO Hogan, and it'd be the first time a major face has turned in that manner since Bash at the Beach 96. I dont know why its hard for some people to see the comparison no matter how over Reigns is compared to Hogan and etc. Guess maybe they werent watching at the time and watch a lot of Monday Night Wars on the network.

I dont know why its hard for some people to see the comparison no matter how over Reigns is compared to Hogan and etc. Guess maybe they werent watching at the time and watch a lot of Monday Night Wars on the network. Because Reigns isn't over anywhere near what Hogan was as a babyface. Austin at Mania 17, Jericho against HBK in 08, Bret Hart turning heel on America, Punk on Raw 1000, finger poke of doom Kevin Nash, and Seth Rollins turning on the Shield were all way bigger moments than what a Reigns heel turn would mean right now. Reigns isn't even the most over babyface on his own roster, let alone throughout the annals of history, or since 1996. You're comparing Reigns to Hogan as this top babyface type but Reigns has never actually been that guy. In order for a heel turn to have real impact you have to truly love the guy before you can hate him. Reigns doesn't have that admiration from the audience.
