I can vouch for Ralph's. I bought an NWO shirt and Edge jacket from them and the quality for the price is second to none. Edge's jacket is perfect for my E13 version and the shirt works extremely well with Nash. I actually need to go back and get a few items like the Jericho shirt for my RSC coming up and a robe for my Macho Man and maybe another shirt for Road Dogg. The only issue is wait, but I feel it's worth it.
Now I have also bought a shirt for my WM32 Undertaker to make him an ABA custom, and it's decent too though the applique on the shirt isn't as good as Ralph's.
