I look at e42 Xavier, e43 Kofi, e38 Bulldog, Godfather, the Nasty's, e40 Tyson Kidd, even most hhh's come with detailed entrance gear as does Neville. This warrior doesn't have tons of detail, he's no more detailed than say Kalisto and Kalisto comes with more accessories. Even e26 had more detail imo. It's frustrating because it seems like I'm moaning about a great looking fig but it simply doesn't warrant being a DM when compared with the figs mentioned in this post.
It really is a great fig but I'm not paying a fiver more than a regular elite for it. GAB Sting didn't really warrant a DM price but I got it to support the line, but I'll be passing on this as it stands even though I love the DM line. Add a duster & im in.

One more thought
I don't think the skin tone is painted on the chest, and that appears to be a new head even if it is very similar to e26 warriors head
This line used to be a premium line with premium accessories, now it's kind of just a line to sell the major stars for a premium price. But hey, if we complain too much that the d.m figures get the same amount of deco and accessories as elites, we may get what we wished for and lose accessories in the elite line lol
At least 95% of every figure made gets an accessory. Remember when Jakks classic figures were being produced with 95% no accessories. Honestly I don't mind paying the extra $5 for a figure I want if it looks good. I barely buy any d.ms anyhow. I think macho mans d.m set a pretty high bar for d.m figures

This figure is amazing.
I kinda get why it's in Defining Moment line. The deco is crazy!
I don't care what series or sets get released in if it an outstanding figure. Can't wait to add it to my collection!

I don't think the skin tone is painted on the chest It would be cool if it wasn't, but you can see that the skintone of the head and arms don't match the chest 100% and it's cast in reddish orange, just like HOF Perfect or E41 Ryback in blue.

The DM line has consisted of a $20 elite in a $5 box for a while now. I don't why you guys continue to be surprised and angry every time we see a new one?
The DM GAB Sting is a different situation because that figure isn't very good, this Warrior figure is.

I agree we're beginning to pay for "names" more than anything else. I'm afraid these will become the truly premium line, and we'll see more corners cut in the Elite line (i.e. the painted chests, less accessories, more reused sculpts).
Like figure, love the character, so $5 doesn't bother me in this case.

The more I look at the figure the more of buy it is for me. It's a great look and despite my disdain for red and yellow attires (yeah, color me a Hogan attire hater) I will buy this because the macho that's coming needs this figure as well.

Well you might be right but there have been a few figures come out that the chest was a different skin tone than the arms.or the head, not by much but a saddle difference Usually figures with that much skin showing get molded in skin tone i find... Were the blue ry back or orange perfect molded in skin tone or painted? I've never seen either in person. So far I know earthquake and diesel has this unfortunate problem. And rey mysterious and Daniel Bryan heads. I could be wrong but I really don't think it will have painted skin tone.

This is off topic...but did you ever notice they didn't give Earthquake his tattoo? Pass on this warrior dm figure, pass on the new dm Sting, pass on all of Hall of fame series #3, pass on all of elite 42, pass on the ringside Jericho, pass on Ringside kevin nash. Mattel must really not want my money, ohh well I can spend it elsewhere...

Really nice but not in the least worthy of being a Defining Moment figure. Could easily be an Elite with high deco hits. I worry about the Defining Moments line if it continues like this. It's supposed to be the best designs and accessories but this doesn't really cut it for me.

As much as I love this figure, why not put it in the normal Elite line and then put Savage (with jacket, hat, etc.) in the DM line?
And yeah, maybe the DM line should just be retitled the Super Elite line, or something...Because it's hardly a defining moment.
