Oh so right on the money man. He was literally phoning it in after the first 5-6 months. I've never seen anyone so lazy before in my life. And all he did after leaving was bitch and moan that every one of his opponents were incompetent or lazy. I am a HUGE RVD fan, but I couldn't believe this guy. Always blaming everyone else. He carried this attitude on when he returned to the WWE, and throughout 2010-14 he was a botch machine. Really really sad. Anyway, back during his first year in TNA, I was so behind him as a fan. It was awesome to see one of my favorites in TNA. But after Abyss' ATTEMPTED MURDER, he was wasted. What a horrible angle. He came back after 2 months, got like one match against Abyss, and then forgot about his vendetta against Abyss and Jeff Hardy (who betrayed him and ordered the "hit" on RVD), in order to fight Fortune and in-feud with EV 2.0. Then in January it picked up a little, by bringing in Matt Hardy and the "swerve" of him finally getting his revenge on "Hardy" was quite clever. But he dispatched Matt with ease, and then did NOTHING until he feuded with Anderson and Sting in a half-hearted 2 month stretch. So, no revenge on Jeff, and no payoff whatsoever, yet he was basically almost murdered. But as RVD said, "Whatever", right? That's TNA's attitude right there.
