I honestly feel like with all these matches hes had with the young guys recently that he was just starting to catch his footing again and now hes leaving.

he's leaving for wwe to cart him back out come January 2017 to add more star power to their Royal Rumble PPV and get him in a feud with an upstart to culminate either at WM or the PPV afterwards. Rinse and Repeat. That's what Jericho does now.

I think Jericho needs to leave for good. His first three returns were cool, but his last two or three? Who cares! Just go away and make crappy music and job doing B movies.  |

Why is everyone crapping on Jericho? Dude usually puts over everyone and their mom. I know AJ should have won, but nobody even cares now. That match meant nothing because AJ was thrusted into the main event scene the very next night.
As for Jericho, for someone his age to come in and perform at the level he does, is nothing short of remarkable. His heel work is amazing and he makes everyone he works with look great. This Jericho hate is unjustified.

damn
i was enjoying his matches this run. i was JUST saying last night how glad i was Jericho was back for awhile and not a little 6 week thing to build to one match.
i actually wanted him and Ambrose to keep going. I felt like Jericho is at his best when he has a guy on the other side of the mic like Ambrose.

Remember when he said if he lost the match he'd retire? Then he lost the match? Then he was on Raw the next night? Was that the match with Evan Bourne? I think I was there for that match. The next night they even brought it up to him and he was like "I never said that!" Amazing heel. Nah it was like a 5 Man elimination thing. The whole match stopped when he was eliminated and watched him leave. |

I love Jericho and he's one of my top five favorites of all time but his last few return runs have done little for me.This return run working with AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose the two matches and feuds I wanted to see most for Jericho did little to nothing for me.I don't know just wasn't feeling it and he seems to have taken a step back in terms of his in ring work and while his matches are still solid to good didn't deliver a classic.In a way as said as it might sound I don't know if I really want to see another in ring return run and would prefer him to actually if and when he comes back as a on air authority role or even more so on commentary,which badly need someone like Y2J.

I just don't understand why he had to go over styles at wrestlemania, because that didn't benefit either of them. Although in the long run its not going to matter at all.
I've enjoyed his heel run, he's still got great entertainment value but he's not needed really.
Thank god Dean got the win last haha

How many times as someone lost a match just to either end up in the main event or walk out the champion their very next match?
It's almost as if WWE always has their top contender drop their last match before the title program as a way to keep them humble.
That seemed to happen with AJ at Mania. Would it have been nice to see Styles win in his first Mania? Yes it would have, but Jericho is a company guy and Vinny Mac didn't create Styles.

Makes sense. It was the definitely the better of his last x number of runs. The others were all forgettable but a decent amount was achieved here. He was built up quite a lot though, especially beating Aj, only to lose to Ambrose at a random PPV match.
