That can only work if they go back to having a brand split. They will need just guys on Raw and just guys on Smackdown. There is no way they can fit everyone into these weekly shows.
WWE really is trying to become what WCW was at the end. Trying to book too many people on the show, just results in 1 minute matches and ridiculous story lines.

I think the 13 new talents he was referring to were all the recent NXT call-ups, Luke & Karl. Because there is NO WAY there can be 13 additional call-ups. There isn't even 13 wrestlers in NXT anywhere near ready to be called up.Within the next 30 days all these superstars will be permanently on the main roster.
1) Apollo Crews
2) Aiden English
3) Simon Gotch
4) Enzo Amore
5) Big Cass
6) Sami Zayn
7) Baron Corbin
8) Emma
9) Dana Brooke
10) Karl Anderson
11) Luke Gallows
12) Bayley (maybe)
13) Finn Balor (the obvious leader of The [Balor] Club)

This Steph/Shane angle feels like it's gotta be headed towards a brand split. This news would seem to further indicate that possibility (or at least should in my mind)
