I'm in for 3 of each. Why 3? That's the pre-order limit. The likeness on them looks a lot better in these pics than the previous ones Big time. These pics make them look fantastic.

Rock looks better. Austin still looks bad. The RSC Austin headscan is vastly superior.

I think figuarts will just pick the top Hall of Fame players. I can see a Sting, Warrior, Hogan(Eventually), Razor/Hall, Nash/Diesel, Flair, Andre, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Macho, Steamboat, Eddie Guerrero, Undertaker, Kane, HHH, Lesner, Cena, Mr. Perfect, on top of my head.

I'm ok with that list would kill for a Mr Perfect. Would not surprise me to see a select few current guys who are "big in Japan" as well. Figuarts are not marketed for the US at least the other lines are not. Maybe these will be different.

No wonder Mattel released Austin in the DM line again . They must have court wind of those getting made. I guess those licence deals aren't worth jack**** anymore. Because if those sell. Which looking at them. I think is very likely. They will not stop at just a couple if their is a market for them. Just hope when I see them in the cold light of day. Without those fancy lights on them. I don't start to look at my Mattels and think of jakks. because that will be the end.

They around the same size as Mattel but they're a bit smaller. Around 1/2 an inch smaller. They could still look good next to Mattel figs though. I doubt they'd fit in next to Mattel's especially when my Elite 22 Rock is still noticeably taller than some of my SHF Super Saiyan Goku's with the larger super saiyan hair. Ehhh you could fudge the scales together if they were in different action poses.

Awesome totally getting these hope they make seth dean owens Highly unlikely. These won't be released in the same volume that Mattel does. If anyone modern is getting one, it'll just be Cena. Other than that it'll just be legends

All those guys who make fun of Jakks while homering for Mattel will probably bite their tongue. But I can see them all turning their back on Mattel and saying how Mattel blows compared to figuarts. I better track down some slightly smaller rings? Mattel just needed double elbows and extra heads/hands. Just no improvement to the line, only steps back from them. I think for many GAB Sting, coupled with Hogan NWO was just a breaking point. I could swear that Sting used the Ultimate Warriors face sculpt. If so what a cop out. Didn't they did that for Farooq and Big E also?

I love how people are like "they are too expensive. Besides, they look stupid." It's like they outted themselves for being poor and then they try to cover it up. These figures are superior to Mattel and only rivaled by Figma. The final product will speak for itself. The real question is if WFIGS will allow Figuarts and Mattel co-exist on the boards or if Figuarts will be subjected to "other toys" or "other wrestling figures". Best way to keep generating interest (and more figures) is to keep Figuarts on this board in hopes to draw in new collectors. Well, since this isn't a Mattel line, I would be 100 percent fine with it not being on the Mattel section. Because it doesn't belong here. So you can go put down Mattel somewhere else. And the dumb ass stuff about people being poor? Do you know how much money I have spent on wrestling figures? Do you know how much others here have spent on their collections? Just because somebody doesn't want to buy $50 wrestling figures, it doesn't mean they're poor - it means they don't think figures are worth that much.

Didn't they did that for Farooq and Big E also? Figuarts won't replace Mattel (see Hasbro's ML and Star Wars lines), and I'm sure many are with me on this: I won't be spending 50 dollars for every figure, I can barely justify 20. No, Mattel did not use Warrior's head sculpt for the Sting. They also didn't use the Big E sculpt on the Farooq. They're both noticeably different.

No matter what, Mattel would have them beat production wise. They'll always crank out cheaper figures in higher volumes. I'm guessing SH Figuarts would put out 6-8 per year, max.
I'd love to know Bill's off the record opinion.

Here's some better pics of the figures, it's a buy from me for sure. They may change a few things here and there, but overall the figures look great. If I were you guys I wouldn't skip getting these at all. wow . I have just seen the future of wwe figures. Now I know how those lads must feel when they collected jakks.

I'm honestly not very impressed. And at the prices they'll likely be, I'll get a Taker and Sting and that'd probably be it.

I really don't like them, they look like Jakks old figures. I prefer to keep having the elites from Mattel.

Also like you said, I'll have a hard time dropping 40 or so on a small figure
