This is my first attempt at a custom that isn't just a head swap. Work in progress. Needs wrist tape, and the body isn't ripped enough to be Lugar. But, have to start somewhere I suppose.  |

Update: Found arms from a Million Dollar Man with white tights and wrist tape to switch out to give him the wrist tape.  |
