WWE Elite Dean ambrose w/ white tank, sand down the muscle shirt part and paint white until shoulders, swap bottom part of the shoe for boots ( ex : the one from the shield figures or roman reigns) and for the heads not too sure

Why would you paint a white tank top? Just buy any old Shield figure and paint the black shirt white.
