Did you notice the DM case under the table that had the Sting photo on it was from RSC? I should have taken the one surfer Sting photo but I didn't grab it because I had taken the two DM figures with me to have signed. I thought it was funny that the promotor working that table was surprised he only had one GAB figure left about 30 minutes into it. I mean what was he expecting? He had maybe 8 figures in a show where pretty much everyone was there for Sting. I do have to say it was a bit strange that it took so long to get started on building the ring. But I found it really odd how they ran the line to Sting. I mean once you walk up that ramp to the stage they had the line right at the edge of the stage where I was waiting to see someone take that one wrong step. They clearly could have moved the table farther back on the stage and moved the lines farther inward on the stage. lol And I just placed an order for the Flair BP from Amazon. When I saw it was in stock it was $19.99 with Prime. So I mentioned to my wife I was going to order it and within the 3 minutes that took the price dropped to $14.99.  Yeah, I thought everything with the lines was kinda dysfunctional. The VIP tickets didn't get you in the building or to Sting any faster. They eventually split the line outside into one general admition ticket line and one VIP line....but then you let them both in the building at the same time and it loses it's effectiveness. And yeah, like you said, the stage was crazy, everyone standing right at the edge.....somebody could have easily fallen off. The only good thing they did was to have Sting away from everything else. I like how the people went in and it was just them and Sting, no other people watching, no distractions, nobody yelling anything at him or rushing anybody. That was really cool. My dad and I went in and it was like our own little private meeting with Sting, so even though there was a long line behind us, once we got in with Sting, all of that was out of sight and out of mind. I only went for Sting, so I don't think I would attend another BTW show because besides Sting I don't think there is another star I would pay VIP prices for or wait in that type of line for.......I would say maybe Ric Flair or Bret Hart, who have done BTW shows before, but people say they are really hit or miss with what type of mood they are in that day. Some people have some really negative expiriences to report after meeting Ric Flair. |

Yeah I remember a few years back (at least 10) Ric Flair was signing at the Best Buy(?) in he Palisades Center Mall. I was thinking about going as it is 15 minutes away, but in the end decided to pass. Anyway a friend of mine went and he posted pics of Flair while he was waiting in the line to meet him. Ric looked sad and disconnected like he really didn't want to be there. And when he got to the table that Flair was at he said Ric wasn't very friendly or talkative.

He was very standoffish, but all I had to do was buy a DVD so I didn't really care considering it didn't cost that much, think I got his book signed and a DVD cover or something. As for Sting, that's awesome, I keep putting off meeting him when hes in the area, but I would really like to one day. |

Once we have everything my daughter and wife want for Christmas then I will worry about getting those two figures. But I have alot of DC and Marvel figures preordered that seem to be hitting at the same time. |

That DM looks a lot better with the new basic head, HOWEVER I agree with you on the white plastic part, the Wolfpac one looks so much better because it's like art imitating life, a flesh colored dude wearing paint on his face. I hope they continue to use this head and make new "hairstyles", because it's really good for mid 90s to late 2000s Sting.
